I was having some trouble with my car after a snow storm and they were so incredibly helpful and got my car fixed quickly!

Pros: The staff and personnel are very friendly, and very professional. When I got the car, the inside was very clean - there's no dust, and you can tell it was thoroughly cleaned. Cons: For a very minor rear bumper dent, my car was in their shop for 3.5 weeks - that's almost a month. They were not able to deliver on the committed target date. There's a lot of instance of miss-communication and glaring issues of a disorganized operation which I will detail below. 1) When I met with Adam on July 10th to get an estimate, he had indicated he can get my car in by the 1st week of August. After a few days, I called to let them know I'm taking my car to their shop for repair. I spoke with Josh or Joshua, and now he said they can't take my car until the 3rd week of August (August 14). I was like, that can't be right, I was just in the shop a few days ago and spoke with Adam. I asked to speak with Adam but Josh said he's unavailable. Ok, fine. So for a month, I was driving my car with a rear bumper dent. 2) I brought my car August 14th, and on August 21st I followed up via text and asked when they can complete the repair. They texted back saying (verbatim) "I DON'T SEE A TARGET DATE in your file but will send a task over to the estimator to see what I can find out for you!" Over a week in their shop and still no clue when repair will be completed. I had to follow up TWICE via text. 3) On August 25th, I got a text message from the shop saying (verbatim): "Good morning! The priming and prep work is progressing well on your ILX and we're currently on track for repairs to be completed on 9/1. Thank you and we hope you have a great weekend!" On August 31st, the day before the target completion, I got a phone call from the insurance and they told me that they had spoken with the shop, Pro Team Collision (I believe they said they spoke with Josh) and everything was on track for 9/1. They've sent 2 checks both of which was cashed by the shop already. The insurance also said rental coverage will end 9/1, but at that point everything should be all settled and everything should go smoothly. On 9/1, the day of supposedly completion, I got a text message from Pro Team Collision, telling me that they are STILL wrapping up reassembly and that there is still a "final bill balance" as of that morning. Someone had miss-communicated that there is a balance of $200+ in the final bill. And since it was 9/1 Friday Labor Day weekend, my car was never released and was held hostage because of this balance and had to get my rental car extended. When I called the insurance company on 9/5, the insurance said the shop had just submitted the supplemental bill at 9:57am that morning. 4) I got a phone call from Adam on 9/5 to let me know that the insurance sent over proof of payment for the supplemental. He said my car is ready for pickup, "however", he wants me to send over the initial check that Travelers had supposedly sent me. I was like "travelers never sent me any check, all the checks were sent directly to the shop and I told Adam that I spoke to the insurance company earlier that day and they said the shop already cashed both checks".... Adam went back to check his records, and confirmed it was indeed cashed by the shop. There's a lot of instance of miss-communication and glaring issues of a disorganized operation, and I don't know if that contributed to my car being in their shop for 3.5 weeks, that's almost a month for a minor fender bender. Hopefully you don't have to ever need to take your car to a body shop, but I would probably look elsewhere for your repair needs. read more

I am coming out of Yelp retirement after 5 years to write this review, so hopefully that shows how much I loved my experience at Pro-Team Collision. Some debris on the highway jacked up the front of my car, so I went through my insurance to get help. They recommended Pro-Team and even though I am usually wary of the businesses that other companies recommend (what is the catch?), my fears were quickly put to rest. Jeff was amazing through every step, keeping me informed and helping me with the rental company. It was some of the best service I have ever experienced. I can't say enough about Pro Team Collision. Shannon was ABSOLUTELY amazing with arranging everything with taking care of my car and the team did a great job with the repairs. They were quick, very communicative, and thorough. I had another estimate from another place which was very similar so I would say their prices are competitive too. Unfortunately autobody work is just expensive. Shannon handled all of the insurance stuff after I started the claim and it was so nice for it to just be taken care of. She even arranged for me to get a rental car at insurance discount even though my insurance didn't cover a rental car. It wasn't fun having to have my car repaired but Pro Team made an unfortunate event a delightful experience. Plus the shop pup Jaxon is adorable! I have to admit that I was really nervous about letting them do the body work on my Porsche Cayenne after I was rear ended on the expressway. This car is my baby and I would not let just anybody work on her. The entire rear tailgate and bumper needed to be replaced. They used only genuine NEW Porsche parts, even when the insurance adjuster tried to push them to use a used tailgate. I got my baby back in only a week and as good as new. I took it to my Porsche dealer the next day to have their work inspected and I was told it was done perfectly. I had the misfortune of my car having been hit 3 times, but the good fortune of having been directed to Pro Team Collision. First time by my insurance carrier, subsequent occasions were due to the positive experience from the first repair. The work done was excellent! They used authentic replacement parts from a nearby dealer. Pro Team Collision has agreements with Enterprise and a local car rental service which made that necessity quite convenient. They worked directly with the liable insurance companies so little time or effort was required by me, with the exception of the last occasion dealing with State Farm. I wanted to take a minute and say my experience was fantastic. I just purchased a vehicle more on the high-end, and got side swiped a few days later. Brought it here, and I was down in the dumps big time. I wanted to point out someone in particular - Jeff. Jeff was there for me from start to finish, keeping me updated throughout the process, explaining everything and helping me understand the process. And also, took the time to email me progress pictures. I'm in the automotive business myself (on the mechanical aspect of things) and boy do I know the bad reputation shops get, some out of their hands, and some not. But Jeff and his team proved to me how trustworthy they are, and how they treated my vehicle as their own.
