While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. Her name came out and looked at my car told me to hold on have a seat in the waiting area took my keys pulled my car in they proceeded to buff out the Mark so you can't even tell it was ever there.. Told him to address the thermostat hose, throttle housing and asked for an oil change as well. He had me buy the parts (great so far), we scheduled a day for him to make repairs. He showed up and changed the parts but couldnt get the car to stay on. He said the motor was probably blown or one of the pulleys were no good. And said the engine was smoking..Recommended to return and charge the battery and change the oil the following week. Unfortunately my sister paid him.... he said he would be back. At that point, the owner was already becoming aggressive and swore loudly when he saw me. I asked if the issue would happen again, and he said it likely would. I pointed out that it wasn't fair to charge me since the problem wasn't fully resolved, and I had been told I would receive a call before any charges were made. The owner then walked up close to my face and said, "I'll let you go this time, but don't ever come back here again. I think you're a bitch."
