As you read from my previous review of Fishkill auto body they are top-notch people. They repaired my car about a year ago after an accident. They did a wonderful job. People were excellent. Recently, I came out to find a mark on my fender not sure where it came from so I went to Fishkill autobody and asked them the best way I could remove it. Without hesitation the lady I'm sorry I don't know. Her name came out and looked at my car told me to hold on have a seat in the waiting area took my keys pulled my car in they proceeded to buff out the Mark so you can't even tell it was ever there.. They did not charge me a dime they would not take money I gave the guy a tip that did the work and left very happy once again. Their work was great and the extra care they provide to your car is amazing and provided added value to the service. What stands out for me is that I encountered a problem with my car after pickup. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair Fishkill Auto Body did on my Lexus hybrid this past November. Every person I spoke with was friendly and professional. My repair took about a week, which was exactly what I was told it would be. When I arrived to pick up my car I was given a very thorough overview of the repairs and before I realized it, 3 other guys appeared, polishing and fussing, happily showing me the full interior, as well as engine compartment detailing they had done. In the past I haven't been impressed with insurance approved repair places, but this place could not have been farther from those experiences. Needed a sideview mirror replaced and from the moment I walked through the door there was nothing but smiling, competent, professional, interaction from start to finish. The new mirror was a perfect match, and they even cleaned and detailed the car and buffed out a few scratches before I picked it up. Hello to all future customers of this place. they have had my vehicle since mid to late oct.2024, it is now dec.21. I have been this long without any Transportaion. I have rental on my insurance policy. when I first went there they told me that they deal with a rental agency down the st. turned out to be enterprise rental . my insurance told me that I would not be cahrged for the rental car , witch I never have in the past. not only did they charge me they wanted me to pay 25 dollars over the cost of the insurance paymeny. then they told me that all they had was s u v type when all I wanted was a compact car. I was then told that I would have a compact car by the end of the day.and they would not charge me for the difference. well I was and so was the insurance company. I have both receipts. now back to fishkill auto body. they have been paid in full up front. by me and the insurance company.I have made the well aware that I have no typ of transportation. along with being a 100 % disabled veteran .and that I use my vehicle for my doc. appointments and what not.they called me on a saturday and told me my car would be ready by tue. when I got there on that tue. nobody knew what I was talking about.they said it was out back just sitting there with no cover on it. then they siad that the fender came in damaged and had to be sent out.then I was told that the right fender did not fit good and had th be sent back.they also needed an transmission cooler that was ver hard to get. I was told that they were being told at that time it would not be in utill jan. 8 2025.seems like every time I call and ask about my vehicle it adds more time to it.I called about an trans .coller and had no troble getting one in a few days. my father was in that business for over 40 years . and never heard of such bull carp in all his life. know we are four maybe three days away from the Christmas holiday and here I sit with no transportation.I do not know about you guys out there but I find almost 3 months a long time to get a car fixed . all I asked is that maybe you just think before you choose the next time you need to get you car repaired .and these guy came recamended to me. read more

I recently took my vehicle in for repairs. They not only did it in a timely manner but the repairs were done so seamlessly that you would never know where the damage had been. Truly the best experience I've ever had taking my car in for any issues or repairs. Fishkill Auto Body is so helpful. If I could give Fishkill Auto Body 10 stars I would. The entire team from top to bottom are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. You literally bring your car in, show them a few things and then they take over everything from there. They've worked on my car on two occasions. A few years back, another shop worked on my car and didn't do the job properly. I brought it to Fishkill Auto Body and Andrew took the time to go over everything and show me how he could correct the prior work from the other shop. When I got my car back it was like brand new and I was thrilled. He showed me how he did the job properly and didn't cut any corners. I really appreciated that, because the type of work Andrew does ensures your car will hold up over time and not just result in a quick fix that will have hidden problems later. Most recently, my car was vandalized and I contacted my insurance company. The adjuster came and gave an estimate that seemed very low. I brought the car to Fishkill Auto Body and Andrew let me know not to worry about it and that they will deal with my insurance company. Andrew and Suzanne worked with the insurance company to get EVERYTHING covered and covered PROPERLY. On top of this, Suzanne called me twice a week with updates on my repair. The repair took about 10 days or so and I was shocked when I picked up my car, because it truly looked like it was brand new which is quite the feat considering it is 11 years old. I really can't say enough good things about Fishkill Auto Body. Everyone there is a true professional, they stand behind their work (they warranty everything), they are always accessible and always willing to go above and beyond. They will take their time and show everything and give you ample to inspect your vehicle to ensure you are satisfied. Fishkill Auto Body impressed from start to finish. Only thing I'm disappointed about is that Yelp won't let me give them 20 stars. My car was hit pretty badly which resulted in major damage to the front passenger wheel area and body damage on every panel of the passenger side, probably a few pennies short of a total. The team went above and beyond and delivered a car in showroom condition, I had to double-check the VIN to make sure it was the same one that was towed in. Every member of the staff was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Bill, the in-house GEICO insurance guru, was exceptional...I'd recommend anyone in the area switch to GEICO just so you can work with him. If I had to give my top two reasons to choose this shop they are: 1) Transparency: Bill and the rest of the team explained every step of the process from inspection, to the start of work, the parts involved, all the way to the finished product. 2) Detail: Fishkill Auto Body's attention to detail from the information provided to the work that was done to the literal detailing of the car was of the highest caliber. The car looks as good as the day I first drove it off of the Volkswagen lot back in 2013. Fishkill Auto Body took a what is usually a very stressful process and made it a breeze. My car was hit while parked with significant damage to the bumper and fender. We called on a Thursday and made an appointment for the following Monday to drop the car off. By the time we dropped the car off, Fishkill Auto Body had already communicated with our insurance company and had ordered several of the necessary parts to complete our repair. I must have driven past this auto body shop over 1,000 times not knowing what a terrific place of business it was until my SUV's mirror got whacked off & needed to be repaired. I really just wanted to make sure the replacement parts were new & took the advice of the Adjuster without even looking at a review. While the job was probably smaller than most of their work, this shop treated the job with a level of professionalism & customer service you don't see much of these days. From the initial call into Suzanne who managed all the insurance related matters & reviewed the next steps to speaking to Andrew on ordering the parts, explaining the work, time frames & showing me what was done (plus the bonus of a wash/detail), it was seamless. The shop is clean, not dingy like some places & the men working on other vehicles were polite. Just an overall good shop! They also work closely with Enterprise Rent-A-Car where pick-up & drop-off was beyond simple so I could take some time off from work to deal with this unexpected issue but hardly be annoyed about it. I hope I won't be a return customer anytime soon but if my car SUV ever gets into another accident, I will know where to bring it to! read more

Fishkill Auto Body in Beacon is an Excellent body shop, my second time using them for repairs. Communication is excellent with the counter staff and the service department. They explained everything before and after your car is finish. With Geico my rental is there waiting for me as soon as I drop my car off. When the car is finished the service manager takes him time to go over all the repairs that was done. do not take your car here! they yes you and say anything just so you fix your car there and then lie and chnage the story!!! i called them for 3 weeks straight when i first took my car there and got no anwser or response after leaving several messages & only called me back after i called my insurance & said im towing my car outta that shop to a different bodyshop, then owner. blows my phone up 40 times in a row just cause he wanted to make money off my car cause he new it was going to be expensive & he'd make alot of money. owner lied and said everything i wanted to hear just so i left my car there & let him fix it. told me car would be done in 3 weeks and from dec to may car was still in shop. have a recorded convo with the owner of all his lies which i have to my laywer and will be sueing them in court!. car had to take car to new bodyshop cause cars still damage and has engine problems and a.c don't work on brand new bmw m4 competition!!! found out they did not use all brand new parts which is illegal to do. made sure the new shop took apart the car to check all parts cause i had a feeling they did that since thats how most shops make there money but wen u have over a 100k car you do not do that. owner gave me paper work saying cost only 27k to fix showing the cost of repairs when my insurance said they paid them over $53,000 dollars... tried hiding the other 24k repairs charged and said i barley made any profit after i asked for the check he initially promised me and tried showing me his bank account saying he don't even have 4k in his bank, lol yet hes the owner of a bodyshop, shows type of person he is, had to hire a laywer amd am sueing them. pls ppl do not take ur car here. read more
