This quick check is a great spot to get junk food, awesome beer selection that is cold ready to go and including sandwiches and coffee. Like most Quick Chek locations, this store is severely understaffed. I stopped in during the late evening on a Thursday and there was a line from the register all the way to the door. One person was working the register all alone. Luckily, she was efficient at her job and busted her butt rushing to get all the customers through quickly. Somehow, she remained friendly to all the customers. The store wasn't as clean as I'd like to see. This is a large Quick Chek with parking on both sides of the building. There was trash laying around on the floors as well as throughout the parking lot. I do not blame the employees for this. The only cashier working could not leave the register for obvious reasons. The only other employee working was scrambling between running the large coffee bar, the soup bar, and the food service area. Aside from that, this is like all other Quick Cheks - they have an assortment of snacks and a food area where you can order hot or cold fresh food. I love quick chek on rt 9w newburgh ny. People that work there are great. Justin is amazing. Lately they are out of stock for a lot of deli items, snacks,juices,etc... customers are all complaining about this location and vailsgate/new Windsor ny. Other locations are not having these issues. The only gas station nearby that's open 24-hours. This particular Quick Chek is centrally located and conveniently right off of I-84. The "Fresh Food" options aren't bad when you're in a rush. They serve up flatbreads, breakfast sandwiches, subs, wraps, cheese-steaks, and soups. They also have 10+ varieties of coffee. The bathrooms are generally quite clean too. read more

Never get coffee here. Went for a while before work to get coffee and it was either never ready or cold. We'll over the years nothing has changed. I live by there and was in a rush and. had to get gas so I stopped to get coffee bc I didn't have time to stop at Dunkin. We'll I should've known better. 2 popular coffees empty and the others cold. I was told rudely to hold on. I shouldn't have to hold on it should be ready. I understand occasionally running out or being cold but this has been a consistent problem for the past 7 years I've lived near this place. It's annoying when you want a quick coffee and this is what you get. they need to change their name from Quik check to Slow and Cold Chedo. read more

I have been here a few times since I first came to New York last year. Very convenient and the only gas station close to my friend's apt that is open 24 hours. Never had a problem except for my last visit which was a few days ago; would have been five stars. The ladies working at the Fresh Food counter were very rude and when I went up to pay for my food, the cashier at the front was also rude and curt. No customer service that day. But overall, my other experiences with the overnight crew has been wonderful. Don't see myself coming here during the day again. read more

Always open 24/7, and they have a little bit of everything! Chips and snacks are of better variety and more to choose from then other gas stations. It's also like a quick convenient store with everything you need. They also have cheap large drinks slushees sandwiches and anything you need cheap while in a hurry! read more

I'm a huge fan of Quick Chek in general because I lived further North for a while and they were everywhere. I'm so glad they have one nearby, though I wish we had them in Putnam and Dutchess County! They make good sandwiches and soups and the prices are very reasonable. Love the coffee stations too with hot or iced coffee and a huge variety. The only thing good about this location is the price of gas. Do not expect to get a receipt. The pumps are always out of paper or printing is not working. When you go inside to get a receipt, the staff is inconvenienced by your presence. The receipt given my from inside the store has printing only on half the paper. So why bother issuing a receipt. I think the lack of issuing a paper receipt is some sort of con game. I will be checking my credit card statement VERY carefully this month. read more
