I went to the back of the store where the customer is supposed to pick up a paper slip for the hard drive desired but alas, no paper slips in the one I wanted. So I go to the check-out and wait for the clerk to check out the two people in front of me and then I say that I want these two hard drives. Naturally, she knows nothing so she shouts out into the store, "Hey, Joe." Joe doesn't respond. The clerk tells me he's with another customer. So I wait. She checks out the guy behind me and he also cannot find what he needs. After five minutes, I lose patience and leave. It's frustrating because I know they have what I want; I just cannot get to it without a long wait. My suggestions: 1) maintain a sufficient supply of paper slips with the hard drives. 2) hire enough staff to handle customers. I will go elsewhere to buy the hard drives.

I began to build my retirement home in Arizona in September 2020 (yes, right in the middle of…read moreCOVID). On a trip out here, from the East Coast, I went furniture shopping in December 2020, as I was not going to pay to move my existing furniture and I wanted a different "vibe" anyway. Salt Creek Furniture in Glendale was my first stop and after visiting many other stores, I returned and furnished my ENTIRE house with Salt Creek. I agree with some of the other comments, that communication may not have been the best, however, I expected delays due to everything being shut down or delayed in 2020-2021. When the furniture arrived, it was beautiful and very well made. The delivery and set up was excellent. Fast forward to September 2024 and I had my primary bedroom painted. The painters cracked the storage footboard of my bed while moving it. I contacted customer service (Michael and Aaron) and ordered a replacement footboard. It took two weeks to come in and was delivered and installed as promised. Once again, the two delivery and installation guys were very polite, neat, and professional. If you are looking for quality furniture, I highly recommend Salt Creek Furniture. You just need to be patient with delivery, as quality takes time.

Well, I should've looked at all the reviews before I made my purchase. Like many others have said,…read morethe sales people are generally very nice and really try to help you with your purchase. But, here I am, almost a month later , and I've had to make the phone calls. No one has reached out to as to why my order is taking so long. All I do is get excuses that "the manufacture hasn't called me back." Well, that's not my problem. They need to start reaching out to their customers and giving a heads up, or apologizing for things taking so long. I'm a reasonable person and understand the delays with manufacturing. I shouldn't have to be the one to reach out and wonder where my product is that I've already paid for. New York City

If you are unable to be present they move on to their next service call and make it very difficult to reschedule. He was very rude and belittling regarding how the way he was operating is the way the service industry works. As soon as I let him know I was going to reach out to another company he said "FINE" and hung up on me. Do not use this company!

Boy! I hate to leave a bad review but I consider this a public service announcement. Ken tanked an…read moreimportant print job, stuck me with an inferior product that hurt my standing with the client and left me high and dry. 1. I reached out more than a month before the job because I knew I'd need some rush printing day-of. In exchange for helping me out with that rush job, I'd send this printer ALL my business for my scottsdale client. 2. I sent Ken all my Scottsdale business - several thousand dollars worth. I printed gigantic standalone banners and die-cut, adhesive back vinyl stuff, A TON of printed material. And did Ken ever charge a premium for that stuff, a big markup for "rush" orders (where he didn't even download the file for printing until days later.) His prices weren't especially competitive, but I thought I was buying peace-of-mind. 3. The day comes when I need the rush order - effectively same-day printing. Not a gigantic order - two hundred 11x17 prints, but I needed them on time - and Ken got real unprofessional. Here's what happened... - Though I frequently reminded him that we'd be doing an important same-day job, he neglected to schedule it. It was a big surprise! - He said he couldn't do the print job that day because I didn't have the originals to him by 9am. - He would not verbally commit to doing the work at any time during that long stressful day. - He said he couldn't make my deadline because his wife "had dinner reservations. " - He refused to located the paper-stock I requested and instead tried to foist me onto a paper that wouldn't have taken a fold. He told me the stock I wanted "was not available in Scottsdale." I had to go to a Staples, buy the stock myself and deliver it to him by hand. - Instead of meeting him at his nearby place of business, he asked me to drive an hour to meet him outside a Bank Of America, because "he had to go to the bank." - He charged a 100% markup for his rush fee. That's 2x the cost. (And remember - I bought the paper and gave it to him.) - Instead of professionally printing the 11x17's at the correct size (borderless), he just hit print on some kind of color copier and printed them out - with a thick white border. They looked terrible. So - if you need a professional job done at a competitive rate - this is probably not the print shop for you. REPLY TO KEN'S RESPONSE Woof. Ken, I'm not here to fight. And you don't probably don't really want a big long tirade where you call your customers liars. I have uploaded a couple of pics that show the botched job and the text conversation that followed. Here's what I DO want... 1. I want a stress-free interaction with a print shop. 2. I want a company called "Next Day" to offer rapid turn-around printing. 3. If I give you a month's notice on a same-day print job, I want you to honor our agreement. OR, if you can't do a same day job, I want you to tell me so I can go to another print shop in the area. 4. If I spend several thousand dollars with you, I want you to treat me like a valued customer. 5. If you screw up a print job and the client's not happy, I want you to fix it. So, is that you, Ken? You may have to stay an hour late -- maybe even two hours -- but I gave you a month's notice. And spent a ton of money with you. And you screwed the job and called me a liar.
