After going to some other nearby UPS stores and having less than stellar service, I wanted to find a really good UPS Store that I could use consistently. I had to send a lot of work equipment back to a prior employer today and it needed to be packed very well for travel. The employees at this UPS Store were amazing! They worked together as a team to organize and pack all my fragile items for shipping. They explained the costs and benefits of insurance and answered my many questions. Run, don't walk to this UPS Store! Their service is top notch and they made me feel like a valued customer. They offer many services, including: printing, faxing, fingerprint services, and mailboxes for rent. read more

I've had the best experience dealing with this UPS branch. I only used them to return stuff to Amazon and they have always been very friendly and helpful. I didn't have a similar experience going to a couple of other locations so I was hesitating to go but they have changed my mind and they are now my go to place. Visiting from out of town, I had to ship a monitor that I purchased from my employer, and the gentleman who helped me package the monitor, stand, speakers, and cables did an amazing job. It's a 27" monitor. The monitor face was protected with a layer of styrofoam, and everything was wrapped in bubble wrap. The price for materials and the box came out to around $60 which was way better than what FeDex in the same area was charging ($100 minimum for materials). There were a number of guests after me, and one required notary, but the gentleman working on my package was the only one who could do it. I really appreciate that he didn't take any shortcuts or hurry what he was doing with other requests as I was worried about any damage to the hardware with not knowing how rough UPS can be with any package. There were a lot of customers sending returns to Amazon and other vendors as well as Christmas package being sent out. I think there was a staff of three, but from the sound and sight of everything going on, these guys were amazing with their customer service, efficiency, and helping everyone who came in. This is one of the best UPS locations I've been to, and they beat the California location I go to locally and consistently. I wish this store and these guys operated a lot closer, and I'd be going there for all my business needs! read more

Absolutely one is the worst UPS stores. They seem to hate customers coming to their store. Only 1 of their staff was at the register dealing with customers and 2 in the back just hanging out. I stood inline for 27 minutes and not a single staff would make eye contact with me or acknowledge my presence. Had a great experience at this store. Even though it was half an hour away from my place and I have couple nearby my place too (4-5 within 10 mins drive) but the amount of work I needed to do was worth it.i would have spent much more longer time(based on my past experience with the nearby stores). I was in and out of this store within 20 mins. I had to notarize couple of documents, photo prints, return label envelopes and send couple of parcels. They were very quick. My to go store from now onwards. Thank you guys truly. Forgot to mention I was offered a cup of coffee too by the staff. We had a great number of returns for Amazon. Couldn't figure out Amazon return policy . Merrcifully , Sara and Roxanne came to our assistance. Just used the self-service station and found it to be very straightforward and easy to use. I also really like the binding options at the UPS Store, especially if you have a big presentation or business meeting approaching. Went in for notary services and there was a pretty generous line! We were pleasantly surprised when we moved to the front fairly quick. There were two gals working, Sara was great. Went to this location and wanted to mail an overnight package and was assured it would arrive on time, well that didn't happen when and when I called the store the Manager CIndy actually lied to me and said she told me it might be 2 days. The problem is she never spoke to me during my time in the store, she then told me the owner Sarah would call me that day but of course I never heard back from anyone!! We packed the package there ourself and used some of their u-line tape to seal the package at a cost of... $5?! Mind you they have entire rolls sitting on the wall for $5, and I certainly didn't use an entire roll nor am I leaving the store with any. My name is Linda Aldrich. I am devasted as a result of an incident involving The UPS Store # 1669 located at 14747 N Northsight Blvd. Suite 111 in Scottsdale, Arizona. In February while traveling I left my favorite Italian black leather down jacket at a friend's house in Scottsdale, Arizona. She took it to The UPS Store #1669 and asked them to package and ship it to me. She watched them package and label it. She took a picture of the label dated Monday, February 17th. She said I would have it by Thursday, February 20th. I never got it. Sadly, my friend did not insure it. Sara Criscione, the store manager stated that the label fell off, and/or UPS lost it. However, my friend watched them label the package, and took a picture of it. The label was quite secure. And in talking to 2 UPS Supervisors, they both went on record saying there was no tracking history. UPS never took possession of the package. As it turns out, my jacket never made it out of The UPS Store #1669. It was lost and/or stolen from the store. To make matters worse, Sara continued to blame UPS, even after I filed a complaint with the BBB. My guess is that someone that works at The UPS Store #1669, with Sara's permission, is now the new owner of my jacket. By the way, today is May 20th and I just received a check from The UPS Store #1669 for $126.92 for reimbursement of my jacket that cost over $1,000. My advice to anyone who dares to ship anything of value from The UPS Store #1669 is to make sure and insure it. Otherwise you are taking a big risk. They are not to be trusted. After my loss, I can't help but question the honesty, integrity, and ethics of the business, and the business manager. Yes, it was just my experience... but it could become yours. read more

Terrible service!!! I only gave them 2 stars because they had designated parking spots in the front of a really busy parking lot and the store is clean. Other than that this store is not like the rest. They wanted to charge me $3 to print a return shipping label when I still had to pay to ship the return myself. Ripoff!!! Poor customer service. After waiting for 10 mins to buy 2 easter cards 1 box and some bubble wrap, the lady behind the counter says to everyone thank you for waiting.....ok fine. There are 4 of us there. Then after another 5 mins when she is still with someone else and says to me are the cards all your purchasing? I stated no I need a 14x14x14 box and bubble wrap. She tells me I will have to wait as she needs to help the person behind me first (who came in after me). I put the cards down and walked out. She could have acknowledged everyone when they entered and could have told me about the person behind me instead of waiting til it was almost my turn or just helped me first since I had already been waiting over 15 mins.
