I've brought all kinds of dress clothes here, plus large heavy blankets that won't fit in my regular washer and dryer. Recently I brought in a formal gown I loaned a friend for a wedding. My friend had too much fun in my dress and it was pretty dang filthy. Park Avenue was able to get all the stains out of the gown, but it did require a couple extra days to do a deep clean. This is my cleaners!!! Once again I've been impressed with them. I've been bringing my clothes, blankets etc here since 2008. Never have they ever disappointed me! I recently got a cat, and it started peeing on things. It urinated on my thick Mexican blanket... which is cause for a return to the shelter! They are very nice, and fairly priced, but u fortunately I would say go elsewhere. Over the years the quality of the service of the garments have declined. I get garments coming back that almost looked like they haven't even been touched, with big splotches or stains left. They usually tell you if they couldn't get something out, but the past couple of times I went it seemed as if everything was well and good to go but once I looked over my garments it's just not the case. I actually have a few garments come back with flaws that WERENT there before I dropped off. Sadly, I don't think I'll be coming back or using this service anymore. read more

I moved to the area and this is the first time I used Park Avenue Cleaners. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcomed me. I came in to drop off two suits and he let me know about the pricing on there laundry service for future shirts if I ever wanted to use them. The suits were dropped off at 5:30 p.m. and they were ready the next day at 5:30 p.m.. The price is extremely reasonable and fair. When I picked up my suits, I forgot a couple of handkerchiefs and they took them out of the pockets and dry cleaned them for me. I would have paid for it but they said they took care of it. I didn't realize I left them in there. The same gentleman was the one that helped me when I picked up my items. It was super quick easy and he was friendly. I will definitely be a regular here for all of my dry cleaning and laundry needs. read more

There is never a happy medium when finding a solid dry cleaner. I buy and resell part time. Many times I find items that are soiled and or need attention. The last cleaners I took items to left horrible residue stains on my items.. this location, sadly did the same. To be fair, The owner seems very very nice and beyond knowledgable. But that has nothing to do with the other staff whom is actually handling the items. 80percent of the items sent still had the same spots,stains , basic dirt under cuffs and Sadly more stains,pulls, that we started with. Items had blue stains that weren't there, residue from cleaning products, and pulls in the fabric that didnt have before.I will not return. read more

Though dry cleaners like Park Avenue Cleaners who offer same day service at one low price makes it worth the trip. My first experience here was today. I have used the same cleaners for over 10 years however their prices keep going up and up and up. I have another one that is not to far away but stumbled upon this cleaners on Yelp. I drive a little further but it is in an area I frequently pass by. My experience was fantasic. Easy parking that allowed me to get in and out. The gentlemen who checked in my clothing was super friendly. I had dry cleaning and laundry service. I also saved 10% off my first time cleaning service. I did not get there before 9am to take advantage of the same day service but I will get my clothing the following day. The laundry service takes one extra day. I have to say this is not bad at all. Especially for the price and the wonderful service. I could tell this was a busy location but everyone there was friendly to all patrons who walked through the door. Every item is just $1.99 unless you bring in a coupon that they send out every few weeks direct mail and then you can get it for $1.75 each - even better! I've even given them items that say 'do not dry clean' by accident, and they've caught them and refunded my money. Be prepared that you pay when you drop off, and you need to pay with cash or check to avoid any additional fees. read more

This is the best "cheap" dry cleaner in town by far! It's out of the way for me, but I take everything here regardless of the distance because they are reliable, cost-effective and have a great system for tracking clothes. I never worry that they will misplace my items. I had a bad experience with another discount dry cleaner who went out of business overnight with my clothes (including an expensive suit) in their keep! Park Avenue is clearly not shady, and I trust that they won't leave me hanging. They also send coupons on a regular basis, and have a great referral system. I've always had great service and never had a problem. Parking can be a crunch sometimes, but there are usually spots around the corner if the ones up front are taken. The owner is 100% on top of his business and has even contacted me to walk me through specific cleaning processes on some of my more elaborate garments. The staff is nothing but nice and always humors me when I ask for specific pieces to be cleaned in a net bag for extra care. I can't recall if I've reviewed them yet, but these guys are simply the best. Extremely fair and straightforward pricing, friendly and happy employees who are pleased to help customers. Here's a tip: instead of worrying about having cash on hand or dealing with a transaction fee on a credit card, just throw $20 or so at a time on your account and it makes things go much smoother. Recently I brought them a blanket with very high sentimental value that had been damaged by melted candle wax from being stored in a car with a candle (Arizona problems?). I was a bit skeptical of what could be done, but I figured I'd ask them because if it is a garment or a fabric, I trust them to clean it with care. The employee cheerfully informed me that the candle wax would most likely come right out, and though I was skeptical of how this could be, I trusted her completely. A couple days later I brought in the blanket and left it with them, being informed that it would take a week and that the owner would supervise its cleaning due to the delicacy of the job. A week later I stopped in and the blanket looked brand new with zero sign of what had occurred. Another story that I don't have time to recount fully is a suit jacket that began to have some pilling on the shoulders. I have various jackets cleaned by Park Avenue Cleaners frequently and none of them pill, so I thought it might be a problem with the construction of the garment. A helpful employee informed me that it was indeed probably the construction of the garment that was causing it, and gave me a photocopy of an article explaining how and why it happened, and she also had the owner call me a few days later and leave a voicemail explaining the same. Was not overly impressed with the results. Have had a lot of suits dry cleaned by then, more than I can count, all with great 5 star results. First time using the wash and press service and if the 7 shirts I put in at least 5 appeared to not have been pressed. Visible wrinkles and no attention was paid to the collars as far as I can see and a shirt came back with a stain that wasn't even from me. As you can see in the pictures below. Not super noticeable but enough if I'm paying for a service I would expect better results. Will continue to use their dry cleaning as it's quicks and usually goes well but will not utilize their clean and press service any longer. While they did offer to re-press the shirts that would have me wait until the next day and this is my entire wardrobe for the week and I can't wait any longer, and this wouldn't fix the issue with the stain on the shirt either. read more
