My company has an account with Biltmore Pro Print and today they came through above and beyond my expectations. Every year I have certificates that I need printed on heavy card stock. Typically, I do this on my office copier. However, it is not working right now. So I contacted another local printer, but they were not able to complete my job on the same day. So I called Biltmore Pro Print and spoke to John. I needed about 75 color copies on my provided heavyweight card stock. I asked if this would be possible to print while I waited. He confirmed that it could be done within minutes and so I headed over with my flash drive and paper. When I arrived, I was greeted by John, who was so friendly and welcoming. He took a look at my project and even though their main copier had just went down, luckily their backup copier was working. He quickly pulled up by my documents and asked a few clarifying questions about how they were to be printed. He sent a test to the copier to make sure it looked correct. The first copy looked great so he sent the remaining documents to the copier. Unfortunately, the way they were sent to the copier combined the documents, as if they were one form instead of each individual PDF being printed. I remember this happened one other time at another printer, and I forgot to mention it today. We caught the error, but not until after there were multiple duplicate certificates printed. We were able to quickly identify which ones had not printed and he re-printed them at no additional charge. This is something I did not expect and him so grateful for this level of customer service. The cost for all of my copies was less than half of what the other printer wanted to charge. John was very helpful and I am grateful for his kindness. I cannot express how content I am with the level of customer service and this experience has solidified my commitment to using this company for all of my future printing needs. Thank you so much! Seriously, you thought there was nothing in that plaza at 32nd St and Camelback that wasn't overpriced and/or full of itself? Think again. These guys gave me quotes that were less than HALF of what OfficeMax, AlphaGraphics, and all the other big dudes quoted me, and I got local, friendly, independent business service with a smile. I do not know how they pay their rent in there with these prices, but they sincerely care about their customers--mostly other local businesses. Go there. I thought that my first try here last year was a fluke since it was only business cards but after my last printing job I now know that these guys are incompetent. It appears like they know what they are doing and maybe with the smaller jobs that the case but I'm tired of spending money and then have them send me the wrong color paper and or misspelled words that had be approved. They are NEVER WRONG it's always the customer, well they screwed up the type set and didn't bother to even look at their work. It was always my fault, well NO MORE. The same person has called my business three times in two weeks asking to set up an appointment to sell me their printing services. The first time I told Linda I did not need their services. The second time I told Linda that I STILL did not need their services and to stop calling. She gave a lame excuse that she's making hundreds of calls from the phone book and can't possibly keep track of who she's called. She said she couldn't guarantee that she wouldn't call back again. Only excuses, no accountability. She wasn't even going to try to remember to not call me again. And then she called the third time. Same lame excuses. If this is how badly they treat someone they're trying to interest in becoming a customer, I will never take a chance on doing business with them. I don't know if they're any good at printing, but they certainly are no good at treating people well. read more
