And when you do have another question, they then want to charge you $300ish for an hour consultation or almost $150 for a half hour. My case is unusual and not a cut and dry issue and so I thought that's why I was told I could email them with any questions. But when I emailed Scarlett and told her that I had no problem paying to speak to her, but I certainly didn't want to pay if she was going to tell me she didn't know about anything, I got no response.
