I realize that a used car is sold "as is" but the fact that they sell cars that are outright dangerous is obviously not something a reputable company does. They made promises to help pay for some of the repairs and when the time came to pay up they pretty much disappeared. I sent them a certified letter calling them out on false advertising issues, auto safety, and unkept promises and the letter was never signed for. Avoid them at all costs.

I've been through two ebay sales where they advertised the cars as numbers matching but when pressed for the numbers to verify for ourselves they were proven to be NOT numbers matching!! Be very careful with this company and make sure you do your own research to verify the numbers. Do NOT take their word for it. Ebay has since removed their listing and they are being investigated by Ebay for misrepresentation of vehicle information!!!!

I was able to easily rent a car to get where I needed to go, and I would leave my car at the auto shop while they repaired it so that upon my return, I could return the rental and drive my car home. The rental process was easy, and, although I would have driven anything at that point, the rental was in great condition. The staff kept me in the loop with regards to the (bad) updates on my car throughout the duration of its stay, via phone calls and texts. When it became apparent that my car would NOT be fixed by the time my excursion was done, they worked out payment over the phone, and provided answers to all my questions. The car needed a new engine, a new radiator and a new coolant system. When it was time to me to pick my car up, the only available day was one where they were closed. They left my car for me in the lot, and I was able to get it with an extra pair of keys. I am NOT car-savvy, and I was in a really tough situation. These guys were professional but empathetic, and really held my hand through the whole thing. which, as a not-car-savvy person, was exactly what I needed. And if they weren't so far away, I'd absolutely go to them again.

They then said it has a leak but they were not sure where it's leaking so they have to replace all the gaskets. After over $3000 later, and a week staying in a hotel, the engine is leaking coolant again. When my wife contacted the service manager Jordan, he was rude and would not take responsibility for fixing the issue. He said to bring it to a Chevrolet dealership where we live at in Michigan, and they would fix it for free. This was absolutely not true. The entire service department was rude and just wanted to make money. I would highly recommend avoiding this place for any kind of service on your vehicle.
