Let me just say this to clear one thing up. I am car illiterate. I know the basics, how to put gas in, the size of my tires, what oil is to go in my engine, wiper blade size; but when it comes to the hefty jobs, like when the car starts sounding like a tanker truck, I am clueless. Riding down the road one day after leaving work. Obeying all the road signs and minding my own business. Then BAM! Rear ended while stopped at a stop sign. Due to this accident my car ended up sounding like it was on its last leg. I am not sure how to describe this, but I felt paranoid driving my car, like everyone was turning their heads as I drove down the road. Desperately looking for a place to take my vehicle to get it fixed, I called here and was set up with an appointment for later that week. The day of my appointment, I showed up at opening like I was advised and within a few hours, I was out the door with a brand new sounding vehicle. Most places I have taken my vehicle to for maintenance usually just does the work on it and then tells me how much the work will cost. However, at Mr. Muffler's they not only told me what work my vehicle needed before doing the work, they also took me to the garage, under my vehicle and showed me what exactly they were about to do and why it needed to be done. They also took the time to walk me through additional work that may need to be done down the road. Giving me quotes on prices. I also have to give them props with dealing with the insurance agents for these repairs and me not having to do so down the road. A+ service that I heard about by word of mouth is a great thing. read more
