Ghost and all its variations and collaborations cannot be beat for hopheads like me. Parish could only make Ghost, and it would still be a 5-star brewery but there is so much more. Their limited-edition dessert stouts are fantastic, Canebrake is the perfect "everyday drinker", and their other hazies like Bloom and Atticus are phenomenal.

The catfish filet was small and tasted like it was previously frozen. The shrimp were also small and didn't taste much better. Not sure I'd return if ever in Lafayette, as I was really looking for a more festive environment and more grilled options.
