True to Murphy's Law, there was a dust storm the following Saturday. I didn't think much of it since there was no rain and the windows still looked great. I was referred to two window companies after the first company I chose was no longer available…read more(they were moving further South in Scottsdale and were not servicing my area any longer). Of the two recommended companies, I chose Twenty20 because they had a much earlier appointment available than the other company and I had an upcoming event scheduled. The scheduling was seamless and Jake showed up on time to clean the outside of our windows. When he was leaving I noticed a patio screen frame was bent so I asked him about it but he said he didn't think he did it. Fortunately, we had our landscape builders out a month before to work on our patio travertine so I had a photo of the screen, which was not bent. I ended up looking at the rest of the windows before calling Vincent and noticed some smears on the washed windows and dusty screens that looked as if they had been rubbed with a cloth but not actually washed. Vincent quickly set a time to come out and look at our windows. He agreed (and later texted me) that the screens "were definitely not done correctly" and apologized for the inconvenience. He had touched up the windows and re-washed the screens before offering to take the bent screen and fix it. I felt great when he left. Two weeks later was a different feeling, however. Vincent returned with the screen and the frame had a dent in it. I pointed this out and Vincent seemed unhappy with my response but said he could "replace it if you want". Well of course that's what I wanted, but he seemed annoyed. I was caught off guard by his change in attitude from the last time we spoke so I didn't bother following up with him again; nor did he reach out to me.
