We added screens and handles to the outside sliders and we're told screens come with the windows. We were told 8 weeks for delivery but that went way over with out any follow up from anyone there. I had to call 5 to 6 times just to hear I will call you back and they never did. When the team came out for the installation. Not a single piece of furniture was covered up. Dust covered my home from top to bottom. I just wanted them out when they were done so I could spend the next few days cleaning up after them. There were two broken screens, the doors are installed backwards and 5here are no handles on the outside sliders. I have been calling and calling and Evin will not return my call and they are telling me I have to pay $600 more for the correct screens that they miss ordered.

Be aware that this company only sells the hardware, the install and painting they farm out to 3rd parties, I had issues with the paint after a few month, painter ghosted me even though he gave me a 5 Years warranty. One of my door handles started to come loose. It took 2 months to schedule an appointment for technician to come out with a dose calls and many missed appointments. When he finally showed up the technician came with a small Allen wrench and told us the screw is stripped and he would have to cut off the handle to replace with new. It would cost $1000 nor under warranty because the screw is stripped. I called the store at least a dozen times, no call back was ever received and they also ghosted me. This place has no interest in doing anything but sell the doors and hardware, they don't care about their customers at all. STAY AWAY!

So Much misrepresentation on their site- what angers me the most- 4 charities they list they support and learned they do not and the 2 professional organizations claim to be members of they are not. When a site looks impressive. It gives a business more credibility and we assume everything written is accurate but it's not we're making decisions based on false information. List their clients include customers from every upscale community in Boca and Parkland and even include the Seagate hotel- tiny company that uses subcontractors- not who hotel would use. Surprised Trump properties not listed as clients. Both Trump & KRP have much in common. The line they chose- look below. It's sold at places called affordable cabinets, Kabinet Depot! Yet their site states only use the highest quality materials, and I was told I was paying double the cost of another estimate because of the better quality. I wanted that to invest in house to increase value to sell in 2 years. This is inexpensive and it looks and feels it. Then there the design flaws if they gave a thought with this vendor that has limited size components because I was told that's why it didn't come out right KRP said they didn't have the right sizes but they should've told me that upfront I would've gone elsewhere if they could not accommodate my measurements.!! don't tell me after it doesn't come out right after I paid and then not even care. Fabuwood- sure great for people on a budget. Rather than come rectify, their attitude was paid the 1370 and then will come, but I knew they wouldn't because they didn't when I took the review down the first time and they said they were they did not keep their word. I'm not that stupid after promises not kept in so many ways and the incompetence the president step son worked on it. I wonder what his experiences I was so trusting ed felt I want to give him a chance yet his dad never came once to even look at the problems, but I could help buy some things that happened.
