They offered BBQ sauce on the side if we wanted. During our second visit, we sat in the vault. This brewery is in a location that was formerly a bank. The vault was a nice secluded spot. We ordered the ribs and brisket with street corn salad, mac and cheese, and beans. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the brisket had a beautiful smoke ring. The mac and cheese was super creamy and had a wonderful taste of childhood. It was perfect for a day that had a -23F windchill. Overall, great beer, great food, and great staff. It might've been the day we came, but it was so muddy getting into the creamery. I was worried to drive in and our car would get stuck... I don't think this is any fault of theirs as it was just a rainy, muddy day. The creamery store inside is very small. They have one fridge with cheeses and a sign that explains different tasting notes, and a small section of other goods. There is not much of an experience here, just a small shop where you can buy their cheeses on site. We got about four different cheeses that were excited to try, it was interesting to be able to visit the creamery. You can see cows in the barn as well. The views from the creamery are completely gorgeous. Probably a nice spot to visit on a sunny day!
