I was ready to go to battle with them when they said it wasn't caused by them. The technician was calm and polite and told us how to resolve the problem with Chrysler. They even made an appointment for us. As it turns out the fault was with the design of the door and was resolved and paid for by Chrysler.

When I saw the "completed" job, it was the absolute worst tint job i have ever had done. Gaps/bubbles all over. As a owner of a brand new vehicle i check for scratches/dings everyday as anyone that put hard work in to buy something nice would do. After pointing out the scratches they had so kindly added to the trunk of my car the response was "well we dont usually put any type of tools here". TLDR Version - Do NOT get any service done here. They dont care if they damage your vehicle nor do they have any skills to do a quality job. I will likely be taking them to court for the scratches as well as getting a refund for the terrible tint job.

The battery was old so I replaced it with a new one, but the problem still persisted. We took the car back to Custom Whips. They claimed they checked and stated the remote starter was not the problem. After months of dealing with constant dead battery issues we took the cat to our local Nissan dealer who removed the remote start system. It's been several weeks now with the battery holding charge and no starting issues. Custom Whips might want to stick to just window tinting. The review shows San Francisco which is incorrect.
