Been going here for years. Vicki has always done my taxes and been very professional…read more I made an appointment online to she her again this year and it let me book her with no problem. I decided to call today to see how to file an extension because my appointment is after the tax date and was told that the office will be closed. The person didn't try to help with filling the extension or tell me how. She was very dry and showed no care at all. If the office is closed they should not let people book online. I even got an email response confirming the appointment. No telling how many people are going to show up to an empty building. This is very unprofessional.
