Charged us for granite and the caulking that day as well. His crew came back with a charcoal grey and said it would turn black by morning, it did not, it's still grey. I have called and txted back and forth for months with empty promises from Robert. Fast forward 5 months I have had two kitchen designers out and both told me our counters are quartz. Robert over charged us, the caulk is still grey, he has BLOCKED MY NUMBER and has no intention of finishing our kitchen. Never have I dealt the such immaturity and lack of integrity, morals and values....

She took the time to really listen and gave us some ideas and pointers. The care she took in just the preparation was amazing. First, she made sure we understood the process and we we're comfortable with her starting. Once she resolved all our concerns, she began carefully and methodically dismantling the cabinet doors and hardware. Then came the masking/taping off all the area to be painted. By the end of the second day, the hardware for each cabinet were numbered, placed in zip lock bags and the frames had been meticulously primed! The final days activities brought our entire kitchen remodel together and gave us that "Piece de Resistance" we wanted to achieve; a unique kitchen island that anchored our entire homes decor! I recently had an AC tuneup from another, much larger company, and was quoted $3300 of work on the 5 year old unit. Don inspected my unit for me, discovered what needed to be fixed, and swapped out the part for free, as it was under warranty.
