They damaged the faux ceiling in the kitchen, they drilled holes and didn't repair them in the bedroom. In my 30-plus years of home ownership in Peoria Arizona, this is the best AC/heating service company I have used. It does not take long to get an appointment and they schedule a two-hour window which is better than many other AC/Heating services which have scheduling windows that are 4-6 hour long and is some cases longer. The owner (Forrest) is a model of integrity. He is focused on customer needs rather than trying to sell as many services as possible during the service call. He will tell you what is really needed, what can wait until the future, and what services and products are optional. His primary goal is customer satisfaction which is well demonstrated through his actions and follow through. It is evident the owner and his staff are highly trained as they explain repairs in easy-to-understand language and specifically tell you why your AC/Heater is not running well or not working. The service and parts charges are competitive, fair, affordable, and almost always less than the highly advertised chains you see on TV. They are not the cheapest service provide, but I have learned the hard lesson that using the lowest cost provider almost always costs you more in the future. Finally, Grizzly Mechanical employees are extremely friendly and helpful. In these challenging times, I have witnessed many service companies (particularly the large ones) to be borderline rude and show little respect or empathy for the customer.
