When confronted, the woman on the phone had the audacity to flat-out lie, insisting "I already called you and explained the fee." Worse, they totally misdiagnosed my AC problem--recommended an expensive, unnecessary repair that multiple other shops later confirmed was completely wrong. Their quoted prices? Absurdly inflated--often 2-3x higher than legitimate competitors for the same (or actually correct) work. This place is predatory, unprofessional, and dishonest from start to finish. They target people in a bind who need quick AC fixes and don't know to shop around. Bottom line: DO NOT GO HERE. Get quotes from at least 3-4 other shops first.
