They did a half-hearted job, so I pointed out the collection of nail dust mixed with blue and orange flecks at all the edges of the counter as well as the stations on either side of me. Their response was to try and pass me off to another manicurist. I told them that I would not have my nails done somewhere that wasn't clean and that they would not pass an inspection. I asked for a manager. There was none. I left without having my nails done and will never go back. Don't have your nails done in a salon that is not clean!

Once we got on the same page, they shaped her nails and added a design, which turned out really cute. The staff -- especially the women working with my daughter -- were very patient and gentle with her. Even when she accidentally messed up a nail, they fixed it with no problem, which I appreciated. The salon itself is clean and in a nice area, and both of our nails came out looking good. My daughter was happy, which is what mattered most. The experience felt a little unclear at times, and drying options seemed limited, but overall it was a pleasant visit.

I called this salon and spoke with Crystal and she told me they could squeeze me in which I was SO grateful for. The staff is so polite and Crystal did a great job on my nails. At every other salon I've been to in the area I always walked out with half-done nails- they're not shaped right, they're too thick, and the acrylic is never done to the edge of the nail. Crystal took her time and made sure that I walked out with a perfect set and even checked during each step of the process to make sure I loved them. Some are more gentle and some are very firm and the massage has been painful at the start. Before my appointment, the front desk called and asked if I could come 30 minutes later, and I happily accommodated their request by arriving for a 4:30 PM appointment. My massage therapist, Mike, didn't actually begin my massage until around 4:40 PM and finished at 6:00 PM, so I received only about 80 minutes instead of the full 90 minutes I paid for. When I checked out, the front desk asked how my massage was. I explained that I didn't receive the full 90 minutes. Instead of apologizing or looking into it, she simply asked whether I wanted to pay by cash or credit. Even though I didn't receive the full service, I still left a 15% tip. To my surprise, the front desk then asked if I could tip more. I explained that I hadn't even received the full massage I paid for and was already tipping on the full amount. Being asked to increase my tip under those circumstances was inappropriate and honestly left me speechless. Only after I raised the issue again did she say she would check the cameras and speak with the therapist. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most wasn't just losing 10 minutes of my massage--it was the lack of accountability and the poor customer service afterward. As someone who has supported this business in the past, I expected much better. I hope management reviews what happened and improves how situations like this are handled because this experience has made me think twice about returning.
