The food was overall really good for the area. We had some complications with some of my family memebers orders but the manager Beth and our waiter i who believe was chris handled it amazingly. They fixed the problem were extremely understanding.

This is now our favorite restaurant in Lake Havasu. Beth and the staff are all amazing. The food is the best. And Happy Hour runs until 6 PM and includes so many great tapas and drink specials. And it runs 6 days a week! It is always busy so make reservations. We spent my stepdad's 101st birthday here last week. He often goes there alone and they always treat him so special and take care of him. He can't see real well so they will tell him what's on the menu. And because he uses a walker, they always get him seated quickly. The food is truly great, from creativity to plating. Most of the menu items come as a full meal or as tapas (half price during Happy Hour). Creole Shrimp, Stuffed Mushrooms, Oysters ChaBones, Brie, Apple, and Pean Flatilla, Blackened Halibut, Double Cut Pork Chops, incredible steaks, and ribs, just to name a few of what we have tried.

Genuinely cannot beat this happy hour, like, at all. We ordered six tapas plates and every single one was delicious. I'm still shocked that we only spent around $50 total... truly insane in the best way. At that price point, you'd expect teeny tiny portions or food that's just "meh," but that couldn't be farther from the truth here. We tried the hummus, filet mignon, beef and chicken satay, chicken lettuce wraps, and the fried zucchini, and honestly, there wasn't a single miss. Everything was flavorful, well-cooked, and felt way more elevated than typical happy hour bites. The filet mignon especially surprised me (not something you expect to love at happy hour prices), and the variety made it perfect for sharing and trying a little bit of everything. Overall, this is hands down the best bang for your buck I've ever had when it comes to happy hour. Amazing food, generous portions, and prices that almost feel too good to be true. If you're anywhere near the area, this is an absolute must, I would come back again and again without hesitation.

10/10! This was our second visit in the last month for a birthday celebration.. and it definitely won't be our last. Happy hour is always on point--the food, drinks, and atmosphere never disappoint. But what really made this visit stand out was our server, Jared. Holy moly... he was absolutely fantastic! We had a party of eight for my birthday, and my grown nieces were in town and let's just say they're a little... extra. Jared handled our loud, high-maintenance crew with so much patience, humor, and kindness. We loved the back-and-forth banter, and he made us feel like we were his only table all night. A huge shoutout to the food runners too! They were just as friendly, patient, and on top of everything. I'm so happy we have a place like this in town where you can relax, laugh way too loud, and feel genuinely welcome. The surrounding parties were also so patient with our shenanigans .. were probably the loudest table in the restaurant and i apologize for our over celebratory group .. and not once did anyone make us feel like we were a bother, in fact most patrons were welcoming and fit right in with our crazy banter .. always amazing, Great food, amazing service, and an all-around fun experience. We'll definitely be back again and again.

When you offer steak, seafood, pizza, pasta, salads, random appetizers like chicken satay the vision gets lost. The food quality suffers. Blackened halibut was dry. Zucchini was grey and old and the carrots were basically raw. Potatoes water logged. Steaks were tough. Sugar was forgot in the creme brûlée. Tasted like rotten milk. Chris and chef confirmed someone forgot to put sugar after tasting the crème brûlée. Some positives about the food: They brought out a sparkler for my brother birthday on cheesecake which was very special. The complimentary bread was hot and fresh with butter. The scallops were cooked perfectly. I want to highlight Beth and Chris for their outstanding customer service. They remained professional, accountable and humble. They went above and beyond to make sure we left feeling well fed and satisfied. I genuinely believe Cha Bones would benefit from a menu revamp that focuses on meat on the bones ( like the wild boar currently on the menu) considering the name. I was surprised beef ribs weren't on the menu. I believe this place can turn around with a few minor adjustments. I see real potential here and I hope this honest review helps the business owner with a fresh perspective. My brother spent over $500 for a birthday dinner that was memorable for all the wrong reasons.

    Steak

Great steak! That's it. Reservation is not punctual. Customer service was extremely underwhelming, completely sub par. Rarely attentive, some tables they'll be super friendly, inviting, and energetic with! Unless ur a POC! :-) I've worked in the service industry for 10-15 years now. Boggles my mind when servers pick and choose how to treat a guest based on how they look instead of their character. I want to say I'm shocked on how I was treated, but this is far too common and predictable for some restaurant staff

Great quality and 22 oz steak. Can split for 2 people their appetizer bread with hummus like sauce is warm, soft and tastes amazing.

What a great surprise! You need to come from 3-6 pm during happy hour for half price tapas and $4 domestic beers and great deals on well drinks and house wine. The creole shrimp was my favorite, but also the shrimp cocktail, and oysters Chabones. The place was packed but we secured a small table at the bar and they were so fast with getting our drinks and orders, they even had the bar back taking orders! I want to go back and try some entrees since the tapas were amazing!

The special...baked potato was overcooked but our server changed it out!

Great restaurant for steaks and seafood. Very nice ambience and pretty large dining area and bar. Our server (whom I forgot his name) was great!! Gave us great recommendations, funny, personable and took great care of our needs and refilled our drinks!

The bar. Nice design, fully stocked. Our server, Jared.

The best restaurant in Havasu City. Try the Mediterranean chicken, I think the olives are goat-cheese stuffed. Date enjoyed the short ribs. The cemé brûlée is well brûlée'd despite the display. Delicious with a glass of wine or two. Some view of the lake. Top service, thank you.

Went to Cha Bones this year for their Valentines Menu. It didn't disappoint. I had the Lobster Ravioli, my husband had the rack of Lamb. He says it was the best. The Ravioli was awesome. The service was excellent and ambiance beautiful! We will be back for the Prime Rib and also for their Happy Hour menu! Oops they forgot to give my rose!

This place is so fun. Great atmosphere delicious food and friendly helpful staff. Make reservations! It's very popular it worth every minute of waiting. The drinks are creative and cool - I had the smoked bourbon drink, it has a great presentation and it's delicious! The food is also expertly prepared.

You know there's something special going on when you show up at a place at 3:30pm on a Monday and the place is already hoppin'. We got the last 2 seats at the bar. Let the tapas feast begin! We happened to be there for happy hour which makes small plates 1/2 off. For our first round we ordered oysters on the half shell, chili rellano (my personal favorite), beef satay, and stuffed mushrooms. Wow! Everything was really good. The oysters tasted fresh, the satay was on point, the stuffed 'shrooms were delicious, but the rellano, way over the top! Being an experienced rellano connoisseur, I would say this as one of the best I've ever had. And this isn't even a mexican place! Second round was seared ahi and ichiban. My beautiful bride exclaimed the ahi was her favorite. The ichiban was perfectly prepared. Service was outstanding. Wife enjoyed her margaritas (nothing fancy, just house). They don't have beer taps so I just enjoyed a couple of bottles of Miller Light. Being from the metro Phoenix area, I can say I've never had better tapas there (or from just about anywhere for that matter). This is definitely on our 'must visit' list whenever we are in Havasu!

From the moment I pulled up to the drive-through, I was greeted by a friendly server with a big smile, and another employee was just as friendly and welcoming. After I had already paid for my order, I asked if I could purchase a small side piece of hamburger for him. Instead, they were so sweet and gave him a pup cup! Needless to say, Bruno was EXTREMELY happy. I also LOVE that they have a drive-through! It's so convenient, especially when you have your dog with you and don't want to get out of the car. The menu offered a nice variety of options. I ordered the jalapeño turkey burger, and I was impressed by its presentation and generous portion size. Unfortunately, it looked much better than it tasted. The turkey patty was burnt and heavily seasoned, which overwhelmed the flavor. The fries were also very hard, as if they had been overcooked or fried in old oil. Overall, it's a neat location with an interesting theme, but the food didn't live up to my expectations.

We decided to try the new location and, frankly, after this experience I think we'll be going anywhere else but here from now on. The service was absolutely subpar. Our waitress took our drink order, then our food order, and we basically didn't see her again until we were ready to pay. When she finally came back to check on us, she looked puzzled and asked if everything was okay. Meanwhile, all of us had very full, basically inedible plates sitting in front of us. I told her no, everything was definitely NOT okay. We ordered four entrees and every single one was cold when it arrived. The cheese in my enchilada wasn't even melted. My husband's burrito was cold and the meat was way overcooked. The egg on the enchilada was way underdone. The taco was already soggy and falling apart by the time it got to the table. And absolutely worst of all was the tamale. I'm not kidding when I say it was HARD AS A ROCK. I don't even know how you overcook a tamale that badly, but somehow they managed it. We were starving, so I ate the cold, hard enchilada and that was about it. The rice was overcooked, the beans were cold... honestly, everything about this experience at the new location was just incredibly underwhelming. The margaritas were good, but unfortunately that's about the only positive thing I can say. We paid the bill and left. The waitress offered to comp my meal, and I just shrugged and told her not to bother, but if she wanted to take the rock-hard tamale off the bill, she could. And she did, so kudos for that. But a $150 dinner for subpar service and cold, mostly inedible food is definitely NOT on my "I'll be back" list. I'm really hoping they were just having an off night for everyone else's sake because we have always loved the old location. But this experience was just BAD!
