Upon arriving at the restaurant, there was only one other couple present, seated outside overlooking the lake. When the hostess attempted to seat us inside, we politely requested to sit outside. She appeared visibly annoyed by the request. Our waitress, Randi, then provided the menus. She seemed disinterested and displayed a noticeably negative attitude toward us from the start. My husband attempted to engage her pleasantly by asking how she was doing, but her response was curt. When I inquired about trying a dinner item, she abruptly and rudely pointed out the menu note stating that dinner service does not begin until 5:00 PM, accompanied by a smirk. At the time, it was only 2:30 We ordered an appetizer while reviewing the menu, yet the waitress did not return to check on us until we had finished it. At that point, we requested the check. Her demeanor then shifted, becoming somewhat more polite. Another server tried to bring us more water but we were done. When we approached the front to pay, three employees were gathered together talking, despite the restaurant remaining largely empty. They chose to ignore us rather than provide prompt service. Due to this consistently poor experience and unprofessional behavior, we will not be returning to this establishment. read more

I came here last year and they were ok, today we parked our boat in a slip full of green slime, walked in at 10:36am, we were seated at a table with a dirty, sticky chair, and then when my husband said good morning to the waitress her reply was "breakfast is over, and lunch will be at least 20 minute" and then she walked away. Excellent food, outstanding service, and reasonable prices. I had the ribs one night, the chimehueve taco another night, and my wife had the club sandwich with pesto. All of the dishes were perfectly done. The food was all very fresh and presented nicely. We even played in the casino, Havasu Landing. We lost a little but played for a long time and had a fun time. The staff here is all very friendly and professional. We rode the ferry over from Lake Havasu City, which is about 20 minutes each way. A round trip ferry ticket is only $5. One thing I liked about the casino is it is immaculate. My hats off to the property manager for running a great business, and also my compliments to the food and beverage manager for having a great menu of well crafted food. My husband and I took the ferry from London Bridge to the casino, just for an evening ride. We decided to try Tukukan since it was dinner time. We were not expecting to get great tasting food, amazing service in a nice clean restaurant. Jeremiah was all alone, doing everything, his boss or who ever was there has left. We watched Jeremiah running around, taking care of big parties and small tables. He even knew customers names! Not once did he complain. On top of that he asked if we were ready for dessert. Tried this restaurant on a Saturday night. Arrived at 820P and waited in line to even be seated for about 1 hour. Staff didn't even acknowledge the customers in line. Eventually after asking staff informed us that they are allowing the kitchen to catch up as they are backed up. Frantically scrolling the menu in the meantime trying to decipher which items on the menu would be a quick and non complicated for the staff to deliver. Meanwhile there's parties of 5 or more (some with kids) waiting in line for over an hour. Keep in mind there were PLENTY of empty tables scattered through the restaurant. As you waited in line you see restaurant staff running around the restaurant like chickens with their heads cut off. It was as if there was no communication, problem solving or critical thinking happening. Finally had to ask staff to seat us. Once seated a staff member came out and placed water on the table. Then after 20 minutes a server came and took our order. The server was very informative of the menu, cheerful and friendly (given the chaos). The food was decent. Tried the grilled Caesar salad with pesto and vegan dressing, bacon cheeseburger with fries, pulled pork sandwich with onion rings. Overall the experience was just ok-Given the lack of management, and ability to perform under pressure. I really liked this restaurant, there are several steps for Covid precautions at the moment so outside dining will be your only option. Be prepared to be patient. There aren't many servers but they're doing their best to serve you so keep that in mind. We opted for the bar food which is coming from the same kitchen. We are staying at the casino for the weekend of march 22nd 2024 and there's really only 1 other option as far as restaurants go so we decided to try this place out . I had looked at the previous reviews where one person said that they seated themselves and after 30 minutes they were never approached, so I made sure to wait to be seated , we waited at the sign to be seated for about 10 minutes while we were ignored . An older Caucasian couple arrives and they were seated immediately, I was livid , we made a complaint to the manager and we did not eat there . I wasn't sure what to expect looking at the other reviews on here. It turned out good! Outside seating on the patio (due to co-vid restrictions) with a nice view of the lake. There was only one waitress working, but she was friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait too long for the food, which tasted good. I am working out of town and this is the only place to stay close by within one hr drive. And there are olny 2 places to eat in the entire town. This being one of them. I have eaten here about 8 times. I've been here for 5 months. The food itself is ok. Not horrible but nothing to write about. Now the service on the other hand is the worst in history. Every time they get my order wrong, one evening I ordered and had room service deliver. After waiting an hr, I went down to see what the wait was. The waitress was so strung out on dope she couldn't function. Took her 10 min to ring up an elderly couple, the hotel receptionist came over and asked if she could help, I explained and she said, their having problems that night and she would make sure my order was sent to my room. I go back up, and then another hr goes by and I go back down. Had to get the receptionist to go to the kitchen because the restaurant staff was not coming out of the kitchen. She went back and then talked to the chef. And said it would be ready in five minutes, 20 min later the food comes out and it wasn't even made how I asked. At that point I just said screw it. Same waitress, ordered pasta she gave me a hamburger. There has not been one time they have gotten my order correct, and there are generally no more than 4 or 5 tables of people at most and they have like 20 tables. But their waiters can only handle 2 at a time. It's ran by the local tribe, and thats probably why, it's in a casino so they could give a shit less if it makes money. Absolutely worst service ever, and to allow employees to be all drugged out at work is pathetic and embarrassing to the tribe. read more
