Management walking away very unprofessional plus arguing with a customer that didn't like the quality or taste of the food.

If you eat the food and don't like it, you should still pay. When you don't eat the food that you don't like you shouldn't have to pay for anything. I have never eaten an omelette 5 inches tall, the food was only warm because of the 114 degrees weather and not because the trays were hot. Then he stated I am the first person that did not like the buffet but as I started writing my review and read other reviews I saw other comments feeling the be same way I did.

What a find. Almost didn't come in because of the low stars which don't reflect this place properly. It's connected to my hotel and couldn't be more convenient. Looks like the bars would be fun too. Waitress Emily has been a rock star. The kind of friend you'd like to meet at the bar for a light hearted Sassy conversation. On top of service and knowledge. The avocado bacon omelette is amazing. The gravy on the biscuits was a little heavy on the pepper for me, but that's to taste. The price was reasonable too. Over all I'll be back.

Our portions were VERY small (comically small) and the price was expensive. Close to $50 for 3 people. Not worth it!

Had the pulled pork sandwich with waffle fries.... Fabulous. Man Mosa cocktail was also delicious. Amazing views.. We'll be back for sure..

Great place to come park the boat, have an appetizer and a drink. The ambience is cool, laid back and has something for everyone. Tasty drinks, great upbeat service while enjoying the view.

Wow I really didn't like the food but views were unmatched. On our way home from Vegas, we stopped in Lake Havasu for lunch. We selected The Turtle Grille because it had gorgeous, panoramic views of the lake and resided on the island. Service was good but I really did not like the Fish and Chips. Ended up eating just the fries and didn't feel too hot afterwards.

This place may have been THE spot way back when, but it certainly isn't now. It's unfortunate, too, because the location is prime and the competition isn't too crazy. I came on the Fourth of July. Per our server, several people quit / didn't show up that day, so only four people were left to tend to the restaurant. Terrible for the customers, and even worse for the staff. The whole meal took forever, the food was sub-par, the servers genuinely tried, everything on the menu is at least $10 overpriced, and the view is the only redeeming quality. For a hotel restaurant, I would have expected much better. When you walk in, there's a decent enough ambiance and so much potential... sad.

We ate here for a lunch, dinner and two breakfasts. Had an opportunity to try several different menu items and everything was great! Kim E was one of our servers that really stood out, fun, great attitude and great service.

3/5 -- Awesome Concept, but Kokomo Could Be So Much Better…read more Kokomo Beach Club at the London Bridge Resort has the bones of an awesome Lake Havasu pool-party venue, but unfortunately, it misses the mark in a few important areas. First, the positives: the setting is fantastic. The pool overlooks the Lake Havasu Channel with a great view of the London Bridge, and having food and drinks served right there pool/lakeside makes it a great place to hang out without having to leave the action. One of my favorite features is the pool volleyball. Being able to play throughout the day and into the night until closing is a blast and gives the pool something fun and interactive that a lot of other resort pools don't have. Where Kokomo falls short is the actual "beach club/pool party" atmosphere it advertises. During the day, there was no DJ until 9 PM, and the pool was filled predominantly with families and kids running around. There's obviously nothing wrong with having family-friendly pools at a resort, but it seemed like an odd fit for Kokomo specifically considering that it's marketed more like a pool-party beach bar/club. There were actually very few 21+ adults hanging out at the pool during the day other than parents with their children. I think a few relatively simple changes could make this place dramatically better: make the Kokomo pool adults-only while keeping the resort's other pools available for families, and have a DJ playing Friday through Sunday from around 3 or 4 PM until close. That would create an actual afternoon pool-party atmosphere and give adults visiting Havasu a reason to spend the afternoon here. Unfortunately, when we came back after 9 PM specifically to hear the DJ, the music still didn't deliver. The DJ simply wasn't very good during our visit. For a venue trying to create a legitimate nightlife/beach-club atmosphere, the DJ and music selection really need to be one of its strengths. Overall: 3/5 . The location, London Bridge views, pool volleyball, drinks and poolside food service give Kokomo a ton of potential. But if they're going to market it as a beach club and pool-party destination, I'd love to see them lean into that identity much more -- adults-only at the Kokomo pool, a quality DJ starting in the afternoon on weekends, and a true Havasu pool-party atmosphere. With those changes, this could easily become one of the coolest daytime-to-nighttime hangouts on the Channel.

We sat down, nobody came over for 30 minutes, but we were determined to have prime rib. Finally our waitress came over and we asked to confirm the prime rib. The couple we were with ordered cocktails and some shrimp appetizer and we all ordered the prime rib. Drinks were fine, took another 15 minutes. She took the menus, we got some waters. 35 minutes later, our waitress comes out and tells us they are out of prime rib and then uncomfortably asks "so do you want something else?" We didn't have a menu, we were hungry, and no. We didn't want anything else. We aren't cheap, but we came for the prime rib. How are they already out? It's nearly 545? We asked to close our bill and wanted to go somewhere else. The waitress left the shrimp on the bill even though no food came out. Took her an extra 30 minutes to take that off the check and let us leave. A huge waste of time and we will not be going back.

We decided to try the new location and, frankly, after this experience I think we'll be going anywhere else but here from now on. The service was absolutely subpar. Our waitress took our drink order, then our food order, and we basically didn't see her again until we were ready to pay. When she finally came back to check on us, she looked puzzled and asked if everything was okay. Meanwhile, all of us had very full, basically inedible plates sitting in front of us. I told her no, everything was definitely NOT okay. We ordered four entrees and every single one was cold when it arrived. The cheese in my enchilada wasn't even melted. My husband's burrito was cold and the meat was way overcooked. The egg on the enchilada was way underdone. The taco was already soggy and falling apart by the time it got to the table. And absolutely worst of all was the tamale. I'm not kidding when I say it was HARD AS A ROCK. I don't even know how you overcook a tamale that badly, but somehow they managed it. We were starving, so I ate the cold, hard enchilada and that was about it. The rice was overcooked, the beans were cold... honestly, everything about this experience at the new location was just incredibly underwhelming. The margaritas were good, but unfortunately that's about the only positive thing I can say. We paid the bill and left. The waitress offered to comp my meal, and I just shrugged and told her not to bother, but if she wanted to take the rock-hard tamale off the bill, she could. And she did, so kudos for that. But a $150 dinner for subpar service and cold, mostly inedible food is definitely NOT on my "I'll be back" list. I'm really hoping they were just having an off night for everyone else's sake because we have always loved the old location. But this experience was just BAD!
