Honestly, the quality of the tea is on par with "real fruit bubble tea", or something else you'd find at a large mall food court. The tapoica would have been quite redeeming, because they were great, except that they didn't give enough! You usually get at least 3 rows of tapoica in a regular, i and saw two. I've tried their Bunny Jelly Mango Smoothie which had no artificial/added sweetener/sugar to it. It's made with fresh mangoes. The bunny jelly was so cute too. I ordered their Lychee Kirin Tea with 0% sugar and it was still refreshingly good. I recommend trying their Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk if you've never been here. We ordered a total of 9 drinks and the workers there were so patient with us. It must've been stressful for them but the service they gave was still exceptional. I've also tried Nonna Lia's tiramisus: Earl Grey and Pistacchio ones. The mascarpone filling wasn't too dense. It was creamy, light and airy. Both tiramisus had a delicate sweetness.

The shop is a bit small with a few tables in the store and it was full when my group got there. Opted to do takeout instead. They had an extensive selection but opted for the Mango Tart. The way they make their tea is unique and looks almost like they're brewing coffee. It really comes through in the tea flavour and the drink itself was really great. You can definitely tell the drinks are made with care and that's why they have the reputation that they do. I had initially come here to try their Lava Taro drinks, but because I come by this location in the afternoon, they're always out by then. The staff told us that their Lava Taro products usually run out for the day at around early afternoon (around 1-3 o'clock pm). Do keep that in mind if you plan to get it. I got their Creme Brulee milk tea, which was very good. Their milk teas are good quality. My boyfriend tried their Very Grape Lime, which I've had before and I also enjoyed. Aside from that, I've had their Tiramisu latte, their Hero milk tea, and their berry fusion, which have all been very good. As far as I know, the drinks come in a fixed size.
