Ms. Anna's process of trying the garment on and measuring/pinning is super quick and efficient. She told me that the dress would be ready in 2 days (and even accommodated me as a squeeze-in client because she and her family were gearing up to travel back home for a couple of weeks in 3 days). I was very grateful! She gave me a prompt call to confirm that the dress was ready, and I scooped it up and loved the length. She even steamed the dress for me (because as with most online orders, it arrived in a bag super wrinkled). I got so many compliments on the dress, and I believe the petite-girl alteration was the perfect touch for my look!

I was anxious about whether I'd be able to get it altered in time, but Ms. Gerry came through for me! I took a heavily beaded wedding gown and a velvet jumpsuit to Ms. Gerry. I needed the gown hemmed and the bust area slightly altered. On the jumpsuit I needed the bust area taken in quite a bit. Ms. Gerry did such a wonderful job on these alterations. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands. She takes her time and really pays attention to detail. She makes suggestions based on her years of experience and expertise. The price was more than what you'd pay at a standard alterations shop, but this is to be expected considering the quality of work being done and the fact that I needed the pieces done within a couple of weeks. We decided that this paired with the incredible window displays was a sign that we had to stop in to shop around. As a huge fan of accessories, especially earrings, I was immediately drawn to a large display in the back of the room with endless cute earring options. I couldn't leave without adding two new pairs of earrings to my collection. One pair was $28 and the other, more elaborate pair, was $32. There was a wide assortment of seasonal and every day accessory options. The boutique also offered a great selection of clothing basics, a sales rack, and some great seasonal pieces for affordable price points. Needing a suit quickly for a funeral the next day would have been nearly impossible for the fashion-challenged individuals that we are. Within 30 seconds of entering the store, a female employee offered help. Tranicka (the spelling may be wrong) patiently outfitted us with the perfect sized suite, advised us on color and style choices appropriate for a funeral and did it all with a smile and casual sense of humor. We were truly appreciative of her knowledge and willingness to help, as we would have been completely lost, not even knowing what size to start with. Tranicka knew just by looking. In all, she set us up with everything we needed, including shoes, shirt, socks and a tie. She even tied the tie for us!
