He was a complete bully who speaks and acts with no professionalism. The owner promises warranties and then when he is called to replace the stuff he planted incorrectly, he blames it on the homeowner not watering. Believe me... we watered as we are no strangers to taking care of our landscaping and why wouldn't a homeowner water? They have invested a lot of money into something to enhance their home. HIS work does not enhance anything. READ HIS REVIEWS as we should have prior to hiring him. He does not have the clients best interest in mind and everything he did was a complete fail. He has accepted no responsibility for the errors that him and his crew made on our property and when my wife called him to come out to look at the mess he created, he yelled at her and hung up. Paul of Chad Landscaping had contacted me shortly after moving into our new house. Paul quoted a brick patio for me. At the time I did not have the money for a patio. He contact me a year later asking if I was ready, I was not but thanked him for the call. This year, 2016, he called again and I was ready. We made an appointment. Paul came out and brought the original quote with him. He brought pictures from past jobs and we discussed my options. Paul quoted me a price which was in line with the quote he provide 2 years earlier and within range of other quotes I had received. It was early in the season, snow still on the ground so we had to wait for the installation. When Paul and his crew could start the work, it went quickly. I am really happy with the patio. His crew really cared about doing a quality job and it shows in their work, class A! I have more plans for my house will not hesitate to contact Paul again. Paul can be a little rough around the edges, but he is a man of his word and has pride in his company's work. Since I grew up in a blue collar family it really didn't faze me unlike S.D. in Mesa who seemed to freak out. I had Chad Landscaping put in a very large brick patio back in the summer of 2008 and have been very satisfied with the results. Though this spring I did have one of the walls fall down, which obviously concerned me. Not to worry!!! I called Paul and though it took a little longer than I wanted. He explained that it was because his team was not fully engaged yet as it was still early in the season. I understood that! His team showed up yesterday and not only fixed the wall, but corrected a few other areas that needed to be touched up. That just showed me that the "Lifetime Guarantee" that Paul put in the contract were not just words. I also want to thank Nato and his team for a job well done!! I just had a paver patio with fire pit installed by Chad Landscaping. Paul Ebel came to the house to give an estimate and showed us paver designs in around February 2015. We were able to decide how we like our patio design after seeing his catalogues which was very helpful. Paul said the work would started in the last few weeks of March and they delivered right on time. Paul was very knowledgeable about the local building codes. I had an issue with getting the building permits due to the fire pit but Paul was able to get this resolved with the local building inspector. The installers were also very knowledgeable and polite. They were able to answer any of my questions and kept me very informed of the project's progress. The installation went very smooth and on time. We love our patio and already used the fire pit which was awesome. I would recommend Chad Landscaping for the hardscaping projects. read more

I contracted with these guys for a unilock patio. I had to call them back 4 times to get them to finish the job at which time they wanted to try to charge me more money for work that had been already agreed to do for an included price. Much of which which has not been done to this day. They also used cheap play sand to lay the bricks so every time it rains the sand washes away. Beware of this outfit it is run buy Paul who cuts corners and doesn't followup with his workers for any type of quality assurance. P.S. Paul likes to remind you what a good christian man he is to put you at ease during any conversation when a problem arises. Chad landscaping installed our brick patio in June of 2011. His crew was professional and did a great job installing the patio while keeping the yard clean while they worked. It only took them 3 days to complete which included the city inspection. Two years later the patio has held up great and we are currently having them come back to add a walkway connecting the patio to the driveway as well as landscaping our front yard. We had them put in a bi level stone patio with fire pit. They charged us like a third of what the bigger companies were going to charge us and really did a great job. They have been out to service the patio since install (3 years ago) and they stand behind their lifetime warranty. They really did a nice job and they honor their word.
