Unprofessional is an understatement. From being late to his own appointments (consistently and…read moreunapologetically), to talking about and NAMING other patients, (Yes, I'm serious!) not to mention blanket diagnoses to at least 5 of 6 other patients I have spoken with over the last two years, this "professional" is in legit violation of many commonly held standards. According to JW, myself and the other five women patients All have ADHD, as opposed to some of the other diagnoses we have been prescribed. (And we very well May Have btw!There is a "broken record" aspect to all of this that has presented itself enough to be described as a pattern.) He seems to relate and project his own experiences of having ADHD as the basis for diagnosis of patients. Couple that with an alleged domestic assault accusation, and at least one other alleged legal infraction, and you've got the recipe for a man that isn't to be trusted, IMO. I actually liked JW initially, but felt discomfort the longer I stayed on as a patient. I am very disappointed in the unusually low level of professionalism that this man displays.

He proceeded to berate me, yell at me, and even went so far as to ask me to leave while I was in the middle of a panic attack which was extremely visible to everyone that witnessed it. I discovered later that I was charged full price ($200) for this 30 minute (not 60 minutes as advertised) session. Mr. Walker treated me very badly and is directly responsible for new emotional and mental trauma. He acted very unprofessional towards me and exacerbated the panic attack in his office by shouting and refusing to help me.

This place is the best! They are fair, honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. They also find…read moreout your needs to know what they have to best meet that need. (For example, when I've purchase washers and dryers in the past, they ask if it will be a few light loads a week, or if it will be several dirty heavy loads from farming, factory, or construction. Similar questions about what we want from a frig, or how much we'd be putting down a disposal.). They keep records from way back, and will ask how we liked what we bought in the past, and how it's holding up. While they don't have their own repairmen, they contract with someone to provide warranty work. If something is beyond warranty, they will recommend someone, and tactfully steer you away from others. (I trust them in this, as I asked about someone who we had a bad experience with, and was simply told "That's why we don't recommend him."). They are also honest enough to ask about the appliance you own currently and tell you that while they'd love to make a sale, the old one you have is better than anything on the market and worth repairing. How can you not trust someone like that? We've purchased two refrigerators, a washer dryer pair, another dryer because of a move, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a huge window air conditioner. Never have we been disappointed with the service. Most recently, we had a control knob on our dryer crack, and instead of ordering one online, I asked my husband to go there and have them order it. Instead, he came home with a replacement, at NO CHARGE. It wasn't under warranty, but it was GREAT customer service. I will stick with them ANY time I need an appliance.

The dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator were supposed to be delivered while still waiting for the stove to come in. Only the dishwasher and microwave were delivered - no refrigerator. Found out the owner gave the refrigerator to someone else and had to order another one that will take 2 MONTHS to be in. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Something you would expect from a big chain, not a small town business.
