I called AAA and they initially said it would be 40 minutes before someone would be able to get to me. But Chris called me almost immediately and was there within 10 minutes! He was able to take off the tire and discovered a huge nail in the middle of the tread (repairable, not requiring replacement). He gave me a recommendation for a tire repair shop, and, after discussing the options with me, put my spare tire on rather than trying to air up the damaged tire. I was able to get to the tire shop (Firestone, who took good care of me) without difficulty. MANY thanks to Chris for contacting me so quickly, arriving so quickly, and getting my defective tire off and my spare tire on so quickly!
