Spoke to someone at the "shop" and he said a tech would call me shortly which happened. Made the arrangements for the service call and the technician came by promptly as agreed. He was a courteous gentlemen, but it was hard to hear him on the phone. Nonetheless it worked out. Tech removed the broken key, made a few spares, provided me some helpful information, made payment and off he went. Hint: Technician works out of his van which makes things very convenient. He was able to make my keys on the spot. They take credit card or cash for payment. Fair is fair give this business a try if you are in need of locksmith services.
