I don't understand why disability has sent them 3 forms for my son who's in end stage liver disease…read moreand they can't seem to fill it out. When he went on FMLA they did the same thing and I had to physically go there to get them to finally fill out the form. I just don't understand why they can't get back to places like disability in FMLA unless you Pastor them and pester them it's a horrible way for a doctor to do business. I think they're awful just for this fact alone.

I didn't listen to other reviewers complaints. I thought it can't be THAT bad. First, it took a week for me to get the application in the mail. When I called a few weeks later to find out the status of my application, I sat on the phone for over half an hour. It was over half an hour of RINGING (see image), not someone answering and putting me on hold. Ringing, without being answered. And it was NOT Lunch time. Now I'm thinking is this an omen? Maybe I should have listened to those other reviews. I finally get through and find it would be over a month before I could be seen. That first meeting was basically all talk, although I did get SOME needed prescriptions filled, but nothing else was addressed. I'd have to wait more than a month for the next appointment. A physical should be more than just my lungs listened to and my ears examined. Now I am getting frustrated. For the next two months they were absolutely NO HELP in getting me CGM's so I could monitor my Blood Glucose, and without that meter, my Numbers where very high. In fact, the way they submitted the information to get the meters caused me to get denied. I wasted over 6 months with Encompass and the only result was frustration. I moved on and my NEW provider quickly addressed my issues. SO glad to be on a CGM again and my numbers are back to good. Good Luck if you choose to go with Encompass.

The wait time was minimal and the staff were friendly and helpful. My problem a was an itching,…read moreteary eye; the diagnosis was viral conjunctivitis, and I was prescribed antibiotics. That is why I have only given them 2 stars. Antibiotics do NOT cure viral infections. I actually raised the issue of wrongly prescribing antibiotics during my visit; yet the Practice Nurse prescribed them anyway, and told me to see an ophthalmologist if my eye didn't improve in 4-5 days. She did not explain that viral conjunctivitis will usually clear up by itself, and can last for up to two weeks. Nor did she tell me to tell me to wash my hands often and avoid touching my eyes. " Prescribing antibiotics for viral infections is completely ineffective, as antibiotics kill bacteria but have absolutely no effect on viruses. Doing so does not speed up recovery or relieve symptoms. Instead, it introduces serious health risks to the patient and contributes to a critical global health crisis (I am quoting AI here)." So why did the nurse I saw prescribe them, when I had actually told her I took them only when absolutely necessary and she agreed that too many people took them unnecessarily for viral infections? On the positive side, she did recommend warm compresses, and told me to continue using the eye lubrication drops I had at home (which I was already doing). That is why I have given Tully Walk-In Care 2 stars instead of just one.

When I called back they first said they were too busy and would call it in, and then the rep acted like the pharmacy may have lost it, and hence it was not available for pick up because the pharmacy didnt get it. I told them the pharmacy cant fill a sciprt they dont get and to call it in now. They left a sour taste in my mouth.

Some of the staff…read moreand Dr. Christo also speak Spanish, which is key for medical professionals in this area especially. I typically wait only 5 minutes or so in the waiting room when I arrive for an appointment, and then maybe 3-5 minutes max in the exam room for the doctor. Typically you get good, quick service, which isn't true everywhere. The only potential issue is that it can take a while to get routine appointments (they book 3-4 weeks out sometimes). But the few times I've had an urgent appointment they've gotten me in the same day. You usually see the nurse practitioner, but she's great so that's not an issue. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Patel is a careful, thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring physician who has had excellent training that she applies in her diagnoses and treatments. It is very convenient to have a lab facility in-housed as well. We strongly recommend her and the staff as a fine example of a family centered facility.
