We bought an outdoor set in late summer 2021. They delivered most of the pieces but said the sofa would be delayed until January 2022. We were fine with that as we were planning to fix up our new patio in early spring and could wait. It is now almost May 2022 and no one from Patio One has contacted us. We have always had to call them, and when we do they always deflect us to their warehouse, who tells is a new month it "should" be in stock. We are nearing an entire year that we've waited for a very expensive couch and we have no idea if we'll even get it in time to enjoy it during the spring. I understand that the supply chain continues to be impacted by the pandemic, but no communication, updates, or compensation offered has made the experience frustrating.

I'm a frequent Pottery Barn customer and have a Pottery Barn credit card. I purchased an item at the Highland Village location last week and needed to make a return. The item still had the tags attached, so I stopped by the Town & Country store to return it. The associate assisting me appeared to be new and went to get another employee. The second employee immediately asked for my receipt. I explained that I didn't have it but that my purchase should be easily accessible through my Pottery Barn account and credit card. She responded by telling me she could not help me without a receipt. I then asked if Angela, the store manager, was available because I had never experienced an issue making a return before. I was told she was conducting an interview. Even after explaining that I was a regular customer with an account and credit card, the employee continued insisting that a return could not be processed. Only after further discussion did she ask whether I had an email address associated with my account. I provided it, and within moments she was able to locate the purchase and process the return--exactly as I had originally explained could be done. What disappointed me wasn't the return itself--it was the attitude. The interaction felt rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily argumentative from the start. A simple, courteous approach would have resolved the situation in less than a minute. Customer service isn't just about processing transactions. It's about how customers are treated. Whether someone has a receipt or not, there are respectful ways to communicate and assist. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy. Thankfully, the return was ultimately completed, but the experience left me wondering why something so simple had to become so unpleasant. Because of how I was treated, I will not be returning to the Town & Country location. I will continue shopping at Pottery Barn, but I will take my business to other stores where customer service is a priority.

Parking is close lot so you can get in and out without having to walk acres across a parking lot and the store has lots of helpers / staff if you get stumped. If there isn't anyone proximal, they'll find the expert for that area, lickety split. This place covers the whole gambit of items your needing be it hardware, outdoor living, kitchen, party and paper, baby & kid's items. The list goes on. I particularly shop in the lighting and cleaning section, but I enjoy the coffee and chocolates. They have a few roast choices of what they put out for their daily coffee and allows me some time to chit chat with either the people there or the service attendant. Prices are a bit higher, but you get quick and quality service. I've read some of the other lower rated reviews and it seem many folks have a high sense of fragility over stupid sh..t! Oh the entitlement..... If you get the opportunity, come shop here or give it a walk through the many little sections and see what you can find and use.

The colorful wall of cookbooks is such a delight. To be fair, I visited today in hopes of finding a spicy salsas & moles cookbook, which I found on their website. But it was nowhere to be found within the brick and mortar shoppe. Alas, we settled for the savory potato book. The autumnal kitchen aprons piqued my attention and I may revisit pretty soon. Everything is becoming gold and orange within the shoppe. The large green parrot at the shoppe is quite amusing and adorable. We love interacting with him. It's always fun to visit Bering's, they have something for everyone. They often have deals as well, talk about sweet! Oh and don't forget the coffee and chocolates. They have handmade chocolates, biscotti and local coffee. The culinary equipment here is quite nice, whether you're looking for a new teapot, knife set or mugs, bowls. They often have food sample displays during the weekend as well, in particular, Saturday morning. Come check it out!

I do wish they hadn't gotten rid of the remnants section, but I am assuming they needed the space for other products. I love that you can order fabric samples for free to your home to compare and ensure that you're making the right choice. My mom and I stopped in to find new material to re-cover some window boxes and were helped greatly by the ladies working that day. Tony wasn't working that shift, but he has helped us many times in the past, so we adore him too! We are more than happy to continue providing business to this location.

As she was writing up my order, she informs me it will take 3-5 business days. At that time, she did not give me an option to pick it up, nor inform me there was a cost for shipping. After 5 business days, I emailed her asking for the status. No response. I called the store and a gentleman said he would check into the order and give me a call back. ironically, that afternoon I received a response to my email from the sales lady. Never a returned called from the salesman. In the email, she informs me that the vendor was an offsite vendor and it takes 2-3 weeks to ship the material. All she wanted was a sale. Very poor customer service. NEVER AGAIN.
