The communication: Betty was always available to speak with us. Of course we were a nervous wreck and called/emailed quite often. Not once did we feel like we were pushed away or put on the back burner. After each call or email we were at ease because all of our questions were answered. In addition, the response time was impressive and that we did not have to wait for more than a day to hear back from Betty. If she wasn't available at that moment, the other staff members were able to answer our questions right away and pick up right where we left off. 2. Betty's expertise and suggestions: The advice she had given us was priceless. She was always willing to work with us and our budget. She helped with our decoration idea and was not afraid to let us know there were better options to capture our vision.
