He did a drop off the day before the event and picked up the day after the event. It was a pretty straightforward rental, and all went well. He did ask we break everything back down to how it was delivered which seems pretty standard procedure. If I'd had grander ideas or more time/budget, I would have loved to have done a more elaborate event but I'll definitely reach out in the future for other parties! LJ's Partyland did it again! They successfully pulled off another amazing party for my friends and family. My daughter's 1st year Birthday was a Unicorn themed party with lots of families in attendance. Luis and his wonderful team were professional from start to finish. Luis was very helpful and supportive with my vision of the day. The face painters and balloon artists made the kids so happy, the candy bar, the design for the dessert table, the color decor and beautiful tents were amazing. We used there bar service and everyone loved the margaritas and other beverages they served. We ordered a table/chair and jumper package with this business. We decided to go with this business bc it is a local business around my mother in laws home (close to where we were having the party). The location has many set ups for you to take a look at (for those throwing big formal parties - which we were not). It's perfect for those that want to get an idea of what their work looks like. I made my order via phone since we went I person they happen to be closed (seems like it's a busy business). I therefore did most of my communication via phone and text which was convenient for me since I would rather do that (it's faster and easier for me). The owner also takes payment via Venmo (I believe) which is also convenient. My mother in law actually paid in person because that's how she likes to do things and it worked out (old school but works). The day of the event they delivered and set up the tables ( soooo appreciated!) and they brought a super clean and I think it was new (I'm picky about jumpers I rent bc I have seen some torn up ones!).
