In both cases they arrived with a full crew & multiple trucks. I believe this adds not only to their speed of completion, but also their safety & efficiency. Hired them first on a Friday to remove deadwood from a very large 100+ year old silver maple in my…read morefront yard, which they did the same day (!), and left the premises immaculate. During the above trimming, it was determined that the tree was terminally diseased, and had to come down. This was scheduled for the following Tuesday. (Three days notice!) They did, in fact, show up as scheduled and bring down the, very large, tree, grind out the stump, and haul away the wood chips from the grinding, all in one day. After bringing down the tree, they cut a large pile of wood to fireplace lengths for me, and stacked it in my driveway. In addition, they cut two, three-foot diameter slices from the trunk to be used to make table-tops, and further, cut and moved two three-foot diameter by six-foot long trunk cylinders also to be used to make furniture. These were extremely large pieces, weighing hundreds of pounds, and were difficult and dangerous to move. They also removed all the wood chips from the stump removal. This sounds trivial, but to my surprise required a great deal of labor. As before, they meticulously cleaned the site and hauled away all debris. The first impression of this group was that they might be a fly-by- night outfit, as their truck has no company logo. Also, their price was quite expensive. However, after experiencing the quality of their work, their prompt scheduling, their willingness to cheerfully accommodate many special requests from me which required extra labor, and repeated statements that they wanted to leave our front yard meticulously cleaned up before they left (which they did), I think they may be trying to position themselves as a "boutique" tree care company catering to a nice neighborhood. That would be consistent with our experience. Expensive, but very accommodating, good to work with, and did good work.

They accommodated all of my scheduling issues. The clean-up team did an outstanding job. I had sticks in my yard from a recent storm and they kindly included those in their cleanup. I paid up front and when they came out the workers were nice, but they only did about 2/3rd the agreed upon job and said they needed to bring a lift out to get the higher branches because they thought their ladders were tall enough but they were wrong. So the job was incomplete and despite saying they'd email me a quote to bring a lift out I've heard nothing since. So I paid for a job, only got the easiest 2/3rd part of it done, and heard nothing since. I genuinely regret hiring this company.
