Their excuse was that after a year it wouldn't be appropriate. As if I found the cure to a mental disability in secret. Not once did they offer to speak or perform a new consultation because I refused to take meds after. In the last hour I found a Dr who can give the letter after proper diagnosis and my lawyer is already organizing the case for a medical review panel so we can get a signature on an affidavit to give them before we can legally begin the malpractice/medical negligence suit.

He does offer the option of herbal supplements but understands that these don't always work for everyone and will tirelessly work with you to find the proper medication(s) to help you.
