I like that they lined the tortillas with melted cheese but all the meat was pretty dry and fairly bland. However put together with the hot sauce, cilantro, and onions it was a decent bite. The beans were also pretty watery without much flavor. For almost $6 a taco, it's not worth the price, but nothing was bad per se. Don Gallo basically means "Mr. Rooster", and I cock-a-doodle-don't plan on making it my top Mexican place in Knoxville.
