Since then he's moved locations to the building down the street, the office is bigger and more updated that his previous location. The staff is REALLY friendly, instead of calling me to the window for my information the receptionist walked out with a clipboard and handed it to me while taking my insurance card and picture ID. Seldom have I ever seen this happen at a doctor's office. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment and was out in an hour and a half, which was great, they don't double book. I was called in 30 mins after check in, the nurse took my vitals and weighed me. The ONLY thing that sucked was the blood pressure machine (automatic one) it has a death grip! Very friendly nurse, everyone knows how much it sucks to be weighed... It's like you're being put on trial, any ways she was super relaxed and chill. I was put in the room to wait for the doctor, roughly 10-15 mins later he came in. Dr. Mora is very thorough and spends a great deal of time with each patient. He's very caring and offers alternatives to whatever your ailment is. Check out is a breeze since everything is digital he had all my prescriptions ready to go as soon as he exited the room.

I have been going to see Dr Pevner for the past three years and had a horrible experience with him…read morein January ! During my annual visit in November, I informed Dr pevner I needed FMLA and he told me to have my job send him the forms to sign (even though I had a printed copy with me). A few weeks ago, I was able to complete the FMLA request process and had the papers faxed to his office. I went to the office 2 Wednesday?s ago to ask the office if he had received the fax (since he is only in the office once a week). The office manager told me yes and that I would need make an appointment for a visit to have it filled out. When I informed her that the Dr had told me to have the papers sent to him, Dr Pevner did NOT EVEN say hello to me or approach me. From his office door, he yelled at me ?what? Are you worried about a 25$ payment?? In front of everyone in the waiting room. I was highly disappointed and in shock of his rude and uncaring way of speaking to me. Terrible experience !!
