I called Soiree and lucky me, they were still free for Labor Day weekend. I talked to Molli and Krissa, and they were able to lower their rate (since I picked a venue they knew well) that was within my wedding budget. They offer a great variety of services, and had I known sooner that planning a wedding required so much work, I would have totally hired them to do the whole thing from the start. Since I'm not local, most of our "meetings" and information exchange was done over the phone and via email (yay for modern technology). Krissa was able to coordinate and effectively handle all the follow ups and pointed out a lot of details that I had totally either forgotten or not known about. She was available to discuss my last minute changes and ideas and make recommendations for our wedding. Our wedding was a complete success. Most people have told me it's been one of the best weddings they've been to (definitely ranking high on the "best wedding food" list as well).
