I told him when the siding had been done and when the windows were done, he immediately started telling me the reason it was leaking was due to the contractor who did the siding- they were the cause of that even though the siding was done six years ago and it's only leaked twice starting about four weeks ago. Then he said it was because of the immigrants- they were doing all of the wrong work. I told him that this particular job was not done by immigrants. our regular Handyman and his son did all of it. He also was telling me I wasn't qualified to tell whether someone was properly licensed in NY or not because I just had someone else give an estimate who showed me their license who had wanted to take the window out and then put it back in with new protection etc. At some point I said are you going to tell me what you think about the window and he said I already did it's $800-$1200 without really explaining what they were going to do. I don't recall him saying that in this crazy conversation before perhaps he did and I couldn't remember because it was mostly him berating me. Anyway, I said that's too expensive and goodbye. I do not recommend this company based on this. It's too bad because they do seem to have a lot of good reviews and I was considering to ask them about the other leak with the roof as well that hasn't happened again for a year. After three strike outs with three different people now I am ready to just go to Home Depot and ask them to tell me how to fix this myself.

While the crews were working on the roof, Carlos was there to supervise and explained to us what they were doing. He then sent us pictures of updates and each progress they made when we stepped out of the house. The crews cleaned up well after the work was done and Carlos showed us the brand new roof and siding and explained again to us where they found the leak and what they did to replace the roof. Installation Service took off our old roof a few years ago and put a new one on at my mothers…read moreproperty. They were doing the neighbor's roof that's when i called them to give me their opinion of my moms roof and a price to fix it. We really only wanted a repair. The price quoted was high and we didn't want a whole new roof but we gave them the job because we needed the work done against our better judgment. I told them to watch out for the bush in front but they dropped the debris onto the bush and damaged it. They also dented her front gutter with their ladder used to get onto the roof. One of the workers urinated on our neighbors roof when I got up there to watch them work. It's only been a couple years but the roof doesn't look right so we had some other companies come and give us a quote for the roof. They recommended another layer reroofing and all were giving us a 10 year warranty. Installation Service gave us a 5 year warranty on a whole new roof and it's expiring. We're talking to our family lawyer about our options. Stay clear of these guys.
