I was looking to waterproof my backyard wall and around windows. Hossain, from MBH, took me to my roof and showed me the source of the problem. Poor drainage that caused an overflow onto the backyard wall and windows. While correcting the drainage problem, Hossain discovered that a part of the roof was rotten. I allowed his team to fix that problem, fix the drainage problem and waterproof the walls and windows. All at a reasonable cost. He was able to answer all my questions, identify different possible points of entry for the water and helped me understand the problem better in the process. I have used MBH Roofing to address my roof issues. I first contacted Hossain several years ago when my roof started having dangerous leaks (Including one leak over a light fixture, right over my bed.) Hossain correctly diagnosed all of my roof issues. Everything Hossain predicted turned out to be completely accurate. My roof had multiple issues, and I had to do a few different jobs over the next few years. First, I had them put another layer on the roof, and just as Hossain predicted it solved the issue (A few years later we have not had one leak like that.) In subsequent jobs, Hossain repaired my shingles, and my side joints. Despite many heavy rains since, we have not had any leaks or issues since. Hossain is a rare person, in this day and age. He is 100% honest and trustworthy. He is fair and he is kind. These days you have to worry about contractors overcharging and ripping you off, but not with Hossain (With Hossain you never have to worry about any of that.) Do not go anywhere else. Their service and price justified by all the great reviews. They came on time for both the estimation and for the job. I will just report the facts, and leave the opinions to the reader. Less than 6 months ago I hired this company to address an issue on my flat roof. My roof leaked in the corner by the drain. They were hired to address the leak and add another drain. they ripped out about 1/3 of the roofing around the drain, and replaced, and added a box drain, that is working well btw, however, less than 3 months in, there was a huge water bubble under the roofing that they installed. Called them back in and they said, and I quote... "didnt really think the work we did would hold" but he said as long as water doesnt lead in the house, its okay... at that point, I was temped to kick him off the side of my roof. One month after that, the water was leaking into the house from the area that was supposedly rebuilt by MBH. I called 6 times, not one return call. Obviously they do not stand by their work... and I can see why. I hired real roofers who found the vulnerable spot and did a wonderful job, which came with a 5 year warrantee. If you want your roof to last one month... these are your guys. I always allow for workers to come back and fix their errors... didnt return my calls and tried to tell me that they told me the work would not work.... does that make any sense... I would stay away.
