Been a customer for over 10 years. I will not go anywhere else. They fix buttons as needed, The call about anything out of the ordinary. Most recently I got a call about a prom dress that i had dropped off. My daughter was attending two proms and i left dress which was clearly marked "dry clean" with Champion. Apparently the dress was mis-marked as the standard process dissolved the sequins. I got a call from Champion explaining the situation. There was a little over a week to find another prom dress. It had taken overa a month to find this one and get it altered to fit. No worries, Jim managed to get the seamstress to replace the melted material with sequins. it was impossible to discern where there had been any damage. Prom dress looked as though nothing happened. I fully expected to pay for this as the service was rushed and Champions was clearly not at fault for it. I was just so happy they could turn this around so quickly. Finding a prom dress less than a week before prom is a herculean task. There was no charge for this! I could cite dozens of other times they have done amazing work, but this was so far above and beyond. Nothing short of relocating will send me anywhere else, ever! read more

The best! I have had them picking up my laundry, washing it and they return it the next day...this has been a couple of years now. It comes back so nicely folded, and fresh as can be...Jen and Jim owners are so friendly and accommodating... Sigh. Not happy I have to write a three start review, but the inability to follow customer requests is inexcusable when taking care of someone's clothes. I requested the laundry be separated according to the bags it came in as I was dropping off for different people. Upon pick up, everything was mixed. Additionally, I came in to pick it up yesterday, when I was quoted it would be ready, and it simply wasn't. Staff was... indifferent? Not helpful but not rude. Just bummed they didn't follow my requests, which were simple and not out of the question for a drop off laundry place. Blah. read more

This place, you drive up, people come out, ask your name, get your clothes, tell you to sign here, and put them nicely in your backseat or trunk. I was ill recently and did not know how my washing would get done. I called Champion Cleaning and low and behold they would wash, dry and fold my laundry. The next day it was delivered to me (pick up and deliver) I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the neat, folded and nicely washed clothes that came back to me...The price was very reasonable and well worth every dime. I would send my laundry there each week if I needed to. Friendly and warm people and so pleasant to do business with.. If you need your laundry washed, dried and folded Champion is the place! Cannot say enough about them...It is rare to find a laundry wit the same services. I may also add that if you want softener in the wash, you will get it... Pleased as can be!! read more

Used this cleaner for about 2 years while I lived in the area. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, never had a problem with them. I had a pair of pants hemmed there without issue and had a button reattached to a coat without issue. Their turn around time is also reasonable. My only complaint would be that they are not open at all on Sundays, but I guess if I had more stuff dry cleaned I could have taken advantage of their drop off slot. read more

I liked this dry cleaner at first because it is very convenient and quick. And they had some great reviews on Yelp. HoweveThey have ruined two pieces since: a silk blouse and a jacket. Bummer!! They didn't charge for the dry cleaning of these items, but they did not take any responsibility for the damage either. I will not be going back. read more

I started using this place about 6 months ago because my old cleaners were taking up to a week to return my shirts. What a big difference this place is. The shirts always come back to me the next day, they do a much better job pressing the shirts, and they don't staple a tag to the bottom of the shirt (I never liked the idea of having a staple through my expensive dress shirts.) The place is very clean, easy to park outside, and very friendly. It costs about .25 cents more per shirt than the last place, but the extra cost is well worth it. read more
