We only tried working with them because the swim spa company recommended WCC, but they failed to honor their quote, increasing the quoted price by an astronomical amount at the last minute, which required us to scramble for other crane service options; turned out to be a blessing in disguise since we found Ad-Lite cranes in the process, whose service and execution was flawless. WCC will talk a good game (Tim N.), but that's about all you'll get; maybe some double talk and some spin.
