Took my motorcycle in because it was making a clunking noise from the clutch. 2 days later I get call bike is ready. I ride my motorcycle to first set of lights and notice it's still making the same noise. I turn right around and meet owner outside I explain that the bike is still making noise, he tells me he fixed it, I tell him it's not fixed- he tells me to fuck off and get off his property. I tell him to calm down and try to be professional, and to take it for a spin and see for himself, he tells me to fuck off, I tell him either give me my money back or fix the issue. Don't take your Ducati there. As much as they will tell you they have done the work before and have experience with Ducati's, the work was subpar and whoever worked on my bike didn't have a clue. I had a full exhaust replaced on my monster and it backfired almost every time I down shifted at any speed. When I inquired about the issue dan referred to it as a decel pop. When I took it to a Ducati technician they found 3 air leaks on the install. I also had woodcraft rearsets installed and gave them the new brake line for the parts. After getting my bike back the brake light did not work. I inquired about it with no response. I again had the ducati tech add the new brake line to correct the issue. and lastly, upon installing some pig ears for my trickle charger I noticed a tank bolt missing. When I inquired about that he said that the dyno can knock off bolts... uh.. wouldn't you check that or notice that before giving me my bike back. Weak all around read more

Danny is rude with customers, at least with me! My bike went for tune up and some fix ups, doesn't drive same way. I told the employee he went for a short drive couldn't figure out. Than Mike owner came shouting on him what he was doing... Not proper for a business owner in front of me ! Charge me 90 plus tax for only oil change not filter. And my bike has some wabling problems when i am driving. He said was the tires. Those tires have 500 km on it, metzeler! They did something that change the balance of the tires or direcao balance. He not even try to see it. Sorry Mike your shop will never see my bike or future friends. Your attitude is not proper. Not even going back to ask you to fix what you guys messed up. Took my bike to Champions cycle they said I needed a new engine I gave him the okay that rebuilt the engine 1,400 kilometres later the engine let's go took the engine Yamaha to find out what happened the bike was running way too lean cooked the exhaust valves + the head gasket wasn't set right so antifreeze was going in and didn't ever did the valve lashes I do not recommend anybody to take their bike to this place read more

BEWARE of this shop, take a look at Google reviews and you will understand exactly why im telling the public to beware. Dan is the name of the owner, take a look at how he replies to his customers when they decide to give him a 1 star review and speak the truth about their experience. He is racist, rude, disrespectful, and a liar. I used to take my bikes here a while bike ( kawasaki 636, gsxr 750, sv650 ) and a couple of my friends came to this shop because i told them to go here. They scratched my gsxr rims but whatever i didnt care about that bike, but then they somehow melted my fairing at the front with a heat gun or something and thats what caused me to stop going here. A year after not going to this shop i decide to call in to ask about prices and availability, i call their shop, Dan picks up the phone, we greet eachother and i ask my first question, he says no we dont do those mods, i said no problem and i tried to continue to ask my second questions but as soon as i started asking my second questions he hangs up the phone... So i go on Google reviews and leave a review with 1 star, he replies to my review, he starts saying how i should use common sense and learn to call back..... lol, so i leave another reply telling them exactly why i stopped visiting and i noticed that the replies he gives to other customers when they post 1 stars are rude and disrespectful, have a look yourself, but when people post 5 stars he doesn't respond with a rude behavior lol isnt that that hilarious Isnt it funny how you replies to reviews that have only 1-3 reviews throughout their whole account and he accuses them of being 'Fake' but he wont reply to the 5 star reviews that have only 1-3 reviews throughout their whole account and tell them that theyre 'fake'.... hmmmmm i wonder why anyone can create 1000 proxies and 1000 new accounts with 1000 reviews that are 5 stars. I bought a bike in Toronto. I was referred to a small shop in Mississagua that supposedly specializes in Kawasaki's, their prices sounded well in the beginning. But the hidden charges and extras added up to almost DOUBLED the original quote. I immediately pulled my bike from the shop. I ended up reading on a local forum about Champion Cycle in Toronto. After a brief phone call with their service manager Dan, I had my bike towed there. They ended doing a full tune up and some powder coating to my factory wheels. To my surprise they were a DynoJet approved tuning facility and they had an in-house state of the art Dyno. I decided to also have my bike Dyno tuned. Let me tell you, I'm not one to bother writing a review, however my bike has never ran so good. The bike tuning made an 11HP gain after tuning and my wheels came out amazing , I cannot praise these guys enough. Best bang for the buck, hands down. Great service, great work. I got to met Dan from Champion Cycle at the bike show in Jan, a friend had his bike set up there last year and told me about Dan. Well when we met I felt he know what he was talking about. About 4 weeks ago I dropped off my 1998 VTR Honda to have the carbs rebuilt and the bike set up. He called me all the way though the job. Very honest guy. Well I got the bike back and I'v had it for 3 years now, and Man oh Man it has never run better all the time I have owned it. The thing runs like a bear it's got lots more power and torque. It's now a dream to ride. If your looking for someone to set your bike up take it to Champion Cycle and let them do it, you will not be sorry. If I could do negative stars I would!! Not only did they not fix my bike, they screwed it up worse and charged me $1100 for it. 3 times they called me to come pick it up; the first time I didn't get out the door; the second, a block away and the third - part way to work the next day. Their excuse was that it is an older bike (30+ years) and once thing can lead to another, which can be true, so I gave them the benefit of doubt. After the third time, I took to another shop who ended up fixing a completely different part of the bike. Now it runs, but because of Champion's work, it runs and responds like a sewing machine. Additionally the paper trail is questionable about what they worked on, so I am not sure I can sue. I am so pissed at this shop, every motorcyclist I stop beside on the road, I tell them my experience. I know on-line reviews can be suspicious, but for your sake I hope you pay attention to this one read more

Brought my '84 XV750 in to get new steering bearings and fork oil changed. Danny was more than accommodating, getting it done that day. Even with the new shop setting up to Weston Rd, he stayed after close to make sure it got done. Definitely will get services for my bike performed again at Champion. I posted my Ducati 848 evo track bike on the internet for trade when champion cycle let me know they would trade my bike for a Yamaha r1. We exchanged pictures and descriptions and I drove 6 hours down to Toronto with the impression that their reputation would obviously give me a good trade. When I arrived the bike looked clean and functional. I did not feel the need to rip the bike apart because of their performance shop reputation so I made the trade. I gave the owner my bike with some minor mods and all my spare parts including street fairings electronics lights etc. I even let him have my brand new pit Bull stand, which he just took away without asking anyways. Then he told me he would give me a stand; he gave me a bent up stand that doesn't even function with the bike. I thought nothing of it. I took the bike, which was a salvage bike, no ownership, with no spare parts and headed out. When I got home me and my buddy starting ripping it apart to see what we could do. Right away we noticed the alignment was off and hardware on the gear shifter linkage was dangerously loose. When we took the tank off the air box was split in half with no hardware holding it together and had no air filter in it. There was large pieces of dirt bugs and broken body work from whatever crash happened to the bike near the intake ports of the throttle body. The telescopic trumpets where not tightened and rattling around in the box. They hacked away at the air channel leading into the box for some reason and because it was so loose some wires from the wire harness were obstructing the intake tract. We started to inspect the bike further finding engine mount bolts weren't the proper ones and we could loosen them by hand. The wiring harness was in disarray and crammed and tangled into the sub-frame. The gpr4 stabilizer bracket wasn't fitted properly because they where missing oem hardware for the tank to properly put it on; but they did anyway. The block plates that he told me were installed were just the original plated plugged with bolts and sealed with what appears to be windshield glue lol. The radiator wasn't fastened to all of its brackets, and the brackets they did mount - were miss-matched hardware that stripped the threads that are in the frame. When i took the tires off - i noticed that the front rotor was missing a bolt. I took the rad off and drained it to find rusty water came out, all the hoses need to be replaced because the water must of sat in there for years and coated everything with rusty grime. This is just what we found so far. When I texted the owner of the shop he became very defensive, childish and sent me a reply back saying that my Ducati was junk and smashed up. He said I had a sub frame crack and it didn't start. He claimed that my bike was a smashed up peace of shit and that I should stop crying and smarten up. When I told him about the block plates he told me to get educated and welcome to "track life." My ducati was inspected and I converted it to track from street without out ever having it on the track yet. The bike ran like a top; I did tell him that ide had a low side and I have after market fairing for just the right side. I gave him all street conversions plus I let him keep the race fairings with spares, and more. I should have known when a so called "performance shop" had pictures of stretched out road dildos everywhere, careful when you go to this shop they do hack work. What a JOKE! hack-job. Noun.
