I am generally a positive person, but my experience with this place was no less than a fiasco. I…read morehad called the day before to get a quote on some tires and an oil change for my truck. When I got there the next morning the lady at the desk had no copy of the estimate that was given to me over the phone the day before, nor did she know the price and what kind of tire I had ordered. Luckily, the tires had been delivered. After the job was done I pulled onto the street and heard the sound of something dragging underneath the truck. I did a u turn and pulled back into the parking lot and told them about the problem, which was a fiberous black covering under the engine which had not been fastened back down. (Okay....honest mistake....no problem) I decided to go to the car wash following this appointment, and as I was washing the truck I noticed a square, metal plate that had been thrown into my bed. (Pictured) At this point I was in a different town that luckily had a Ford dealer. I was told the clips to hold this plate under the engine were missing or broken. So long story short, Ford had to order some new clips. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place of business, nor would I recommend anyone else taking their vehicles to this establishment. The people at the Ford dealer were wonderful....I should have gone there, instead!
