I am generally a positive person, but my experience with this place was no less than a fiasco. I had called the day before to get a quote on some tires and an oil change for my truck. When I got there the next morning the lady at the desk had no copy of the estimate that was given to me over the phone the day before, nor did she know the price and what kind of tire I had ordered. Luckily, the tires had been delivered. After the job was done I pulled onto the street and heard the sound of something dragging underneath the truck. I did a u turn and pulled back into the parking lot and told them about the problem, which was a fiberous black covering under the engine which had not been fastened back down. (Okay....honest mistake....no problem) I decided to go to the car wash following this appointment, and as I was washing the truck I noticed a square, metal plate that had been thrown into my bed. (Pictured) At this point I was in a different town that luckily had a Ford dealer. I was told the clips to hold this plate under the engine were missing or broken. So long story short, Ford had to order some new clips. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place of business, nor would I recommend anyone else taking their vehicles to this establishment. Yesterday wife had a flat. Went to Headley's Tire in Lebanon,MO. I told her make sure they check the pressure in the other tires while she is there. When she got to where her car had been pulled to the kid that was doing the repair was snooping through her center console. Clamed it just got bumped open. I've been in band out of that car thousands of times and it never got opened without reaching for and intentionally opening the latch. She said the kid made a big deal of explaining repeatedly that he bumped it and it just opened. I will be calling the manager myself today and giving him this information. I've used Headley's Tire in Lebanon,MO. For years and never had anything like this happen. If any of you use them check there work and make sure not to leave any valuables inside. read more

We had a great experience with Headleys today. Driving home to Texas we noticed our trailer tires wearing thin and needed replaced. We called Tractor Supply and Walmart, both places only had one tire in stock so we would have had to go to both places and just would have been a hassle. Headleys had us in and out with two new tires put on within 20 minutes! Thank you Headleys. You came to the rescue today! read more

Had a flat while driving on I-44 on a Sunday, when I changed to my spare it made a terrible noise so I wanted a new tire ASAP. I could not find anyone open and kept calling all around, finally found Headleys open til 5, I was 30 miles away and couldnt get there in time with my weird spare problem. I explained and they said thats ok, just come on, someone would still be there and help me even if I was late. I was amazed when I got there with their prices!! I spend 285 on my tires in Buffalo (small town) and can get them for 250 in Springfield, but I got the same tire there for 219. I got great service and they waited for me even though they were closing. I cant say enough good about my experience there. read more

Terrible place to get your tire repaired. I have a 2011 Lexus is350c that has less than 5000 miles. I was enroute from Az. To Il. when I found out I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I found this place on the internet. They don't have many places in Lebanon, Missouri to fix tires. Never had my tires replaced so never had to use the lug nut key. So I didn't know where it was in the car. I took it there and the first thing I asked them if they could get the tire off without the key and if they would damage my chrome wheels. The lady behind the counder told me they have a tool that they could pry it off with and that they would not damage the wheel. Well the guy used his tool to pry the lug nuts off and came out to tell me he stripped his tool, he also damaged my chrome wheels, but would not admit it. Believe me, I am one of those people who do a walk around on my car very often. He thinks cause I'm a women he could not admit to damaging my wheel. They also said after they got the tire off after the lug key was found in the trunk, there was nothing wrong with the tire. Also told me the tire tends to get low if you are traveling alot, well, all of the other 3 tires didn't lose any air. Where was this guy from? They put tire together and I was on my way. Next day tire flat again. I ended up going to a reputtable dealer named "Firestone", low and behold they found leak, couldn't repair it, so ended up getting new $400.00 tire, which the cost didn't bother me. It's just the decieving lie that Hedley guys do. I think they were on drugs or been heavily drinking the night before. I should have took noticed of the hole in the wall joint. Bottom line: Check all of your wheels(even take) picures before servicing your car here. read more

This is the 2nd time I've purchased tires here. The first set was about 3 years ago and the second set was just last weekend. Both times were a great experience. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly people and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied with their service. The tires were mounted and balanced very well, absolutely no vibrations at all no matter what speed I'm driving. read more

After a flat fix in Cuba, MO failed, we pulled into the motel next to this shop (which looks like Kelly's Tire Center from the outside; I'm not sure what it's called but it is the same as Headley's Value Tire Center, listed on Yelp as a different business). In the morning we got it fixed here. The previous shop hadn't checked the valve stem, which this shop does on every wheel they work on, and apparently this should be done every time a tire is replaced (and I now see why). The cost of the new tire was around $100, and the cost for the valve stems was about $30. They had a full shop, but they took us right away (I don't know if that was because, as we told them, we are on our honeymoon) and had us out in about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. If I ever move to the area or need a new tire while I'm nearby, I know exactly where to go. read more

Needed an emergency spare for our trailer when we had a tire blow on vacation. Headley's checked for availability over the phone and changed our tire while we waited. They are fast, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them. read more

Was waiting in their "waiting room" when I overheard the owner talking to what I guess was a regular about a customer. Talking a bout the guy being a loser. Now I don't know them and thought I had heard them wrong when I got up to stretch my legs. He continued talking horribly about this customer. I was really shocked until the conversation they were having started to go toward the employees who where working for this guy. I didn't think it could be worse until he started berating his employees behind their backs after they walked past them. Luckily they hadn't got to my car after even though I'd been there for an hour. I got my keys back from the lady at the counter and just left. I have going here for years and could not believe what I heard. It just made me think how respected men in the community could be this horrible to not only their customers but to his employees and laugh about it. read more
