Ge just kept going! I told him I was in a hurry and just want my single car wash. He wouldn't stop. I finally reached my breaking point and snapped at him- totally went off and said I was done. From the onset, Dante was extremely thorough and detailed with explaining exactly what he would be doing to my car, the types of products that he would be using, how long the service would likely take and how much the service would cost. The main reason for my appointment was to address the excessive and heavy staining on my seats and to clean out whatever other "surprises" my children managed to get under the seats in places that I can't easily access. Dante asked a bunch of questions regarding the types of stains that were on the seats and how long they had been there so that he was able to properly gauge how to treat the affected areas. And guess what - IT WORKED! And when I say it worked, I mean that I was actually surprised at how good the interior of my car looked when I went to pick it up. Not only were 95% of the stains on my beige seats gone, there were also probably about 3,000 long blonde dog hairs that were completely removed without a trace from the velcro-type material that lines by my trunk!! My 7 year old car basically looks brand new again inside. I truly didn't think that was possible given what it has been put through. To say that Dante does an amazing job would be an understatement. After asking to please talk to a supervisor on the phone, the supervisor texted me. What do they have against a phone call?! I called their phone number back 2 times and finally reached a live person who I had to beg to talk to a supervisor. After finally getting a rude supervisor, I told her I was charged for 2 months of unauthorized membership fees, that I never "clicked" on their text messages to confirm it like the attendant told me I had to do to authorize the deal. The supervisor told me I read the agreement at the kiosk and signed that day authoring it. Funny, because your attendant said I had to confirm it by clicking on the text message and then sign it in the link. I asked why they refused phone calls, and she said to avoid verbally aggressive customers. Oh- so you're not too busy to take phone calls. It's that you are a lying and deceptive company, and people call you upset because you steal money from them. Needless to say, I did not get my money refunded. They are a very shady business who takes money from customers by saying you signed an agreement, which they tricked you into. Do not give them your business!!! There are other car washes who are trustworthy.
