Yes I could've gone to any number of other window tint technicians in NYC but I wanted to take a road trip. It took about 90 minutes from start to finish. When I asked about having the car taken to a mechanic closer to my home, I was told that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. However, I had just driven it for nearly an hour on the highway after being told it was ready for pickup. This situation is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the quality of the repairs and the communication regarding the vehicle's condition. They offered to deliver the vehicle for my inconvenience. No mention of a fee, then when it was ready wanted to charge me $300 dollars in gas.
