Like why the brakes needed flushing since March but I bought it in August. Didn't notice the warning cause they probably reset it over and over again so I got the warning after I already drove off the lot. I'm making the best of the car but the price compared to what it is was not fair and completely inflated. For that I cannot recommend this place and would not. Where I thought I was saving getting a used car I couldn't have spent the same and got it new. Just a no go. Oh and they added on gap coverage without asking as well. So thankfully once I refinanced I was refunded the extra packages but not a return or suggest feeling for this business.

We also went to Gainesville which was a smooth and nice experience however I had the best experience at Norcross. After looking at several cars I chose the fully loaded 2024 Kia Sportage and I love my car! If you want a straight forward seamless experience. I would recommend CarMax.

They gave me the Auto Check report so I know there were no accidents. They also walked me through the different warranties. It took a while for me to get the loan from my credit union but that was not the fault of CarMax. Finalizing the paperwork took longer than expected but only 15 minutes longer.
