Kayla went above and beyond helping us get our truck on the day I was able to go back with my husband to see it.

He was amazing and patient explaining all the details and his help made me make my decision quicker. He has also been responsive after the sales and sent me a hand written card which was a sweet gesture. If you are ever looking for a Kia, this is the best dealership to be. Everyone seems very helpful but I would say ask for Kelly :)

Their diagnostic fee was over $210 but they said it would be covered if they completed the repair. The estimate for a new starter replacement was almost $1,200 (diagnostic and part included). This is not a difficult repair (1-2 hours max) despite what the rep tried to indicate. The part online is listed at $150. I called around to three different local shops. All total estimated costs were approx $500. It was cheaper for me to get a rental vehicle for the weekend, pickup and move my car, pay the over priced KIA diagnostic fee, and have a different shop do the same work. I could have the same repair done again in full with my savings after all that costs. Overcharging like that is predatory. I feel bad for those single parents and those with limited savings who feel pressured and trapped when they get towed there. Bottom line: It was cheaper for me to pay the diagnostic fee and know who not to do business with.

I bought a 1974 VW Super Beetle from this dealer. I was told that everything worked 100% and that…read morethis vehicle actually belonged to the mechanic and he is the one that fixed everything and did everything to ensure the car ran and had no issues. Within two days of buying the vehicle I had to take it to my local mechanic because the brakes failed and the exhaust was pumping into the cabin of the car. I've had this car for 1 month as of today and so far I've had to fix or pay a mechanic to do the following; Fix brake line leak Replace brake drums Replace all 4 sets of brakes Adjust valves Fix and adjust the trunk release latch Replace spare tire Fix heater Fix and replace exhaust leaks Replace headlight Fix headliner Remove wire that was rigged up to hold the heater valves open because of an aftermarket oil cooler. And currently the engine is being pulled so an oil leak can be fixed and who knows what issues will arise with the engine being taken apart. If this is how the mechanic works on his own stuff, then how does he treat the vehicles that aren't his and this should raise some serious doubts about how this business operates. I expected to have some issues with a used car, but I did not expect to have to put it into the shop immediately because the brakes failed from the mechanic's brake job and due to the fact that the exhaust was rigged to stay open with a deadly exhaust leak pumping toxic fumes into the car. I highly recommend this business be avoided at all costs.
