They really take special care of their customers. They treated us like we were buying one of their million dollar boats (we got the entry level model LOL). Our sales guy (YAY MATT!!), was very attentive and responsive. The parts department was great too (they installed our seats, that we purchased online). When you pick up your boat, Capt Keith takes you out and teaches you the basics. I had never been behind the wheel of a boat, and was super nervous. Capt Keith was patient and wonderful! We are already signed up for a group trip next month. You buy a boat, and you join a club. Super excited to begin our life as "boat people". Everything about this place is TOP NOTCH!!

I took excellent care of it and left it in a dry dock and was flushed and fully washed down after each use. Within 6 months the boat has signficant rust damage. I notified marine max and they said they would take care of it. I continued to trust them and had my boat annually serviced there thinking they were on the up and up and would take care of the rust as it was under warranty. They led me on for over 2 years and it still has not been taking care of!!!! It gets better, they have the ballz to send me a $500 bill oil change even though they have not taken care of there responsbility. They have sent me to collections regarding this issue. I have no problem paying for the oil change, as long as they honor the warranty. To sum it up, once they get your money you are just another sucker. Lots places to buy boats, recommend trying another place!!!!! Nik P

So, it looks like this is the first review on Yelp for Black Label Marine Group, Pinellas Park…read morelocation. I'm honored and thrilled to be the first one to review this boat dealer! These guys were really, really good to me, and really went out of their way to accommodate me. They were super easy to deal with, fun, and genuinely good people. I am a female so it's not every day that a female buys a boat.... But not once did I feel taken advantage of, oversold, or disregarded. These guys sell high end, incredible boats that are probably close to, if not more- than half a million dollars on their lot; yet, even though I was buying a boat less than even $20,000 dollars, they treated me as if I were buying a yacht. I shopped for months and months prior to finding Black Label Marine Group, and from the moment I contacted them, until I actually made it into the store to start the purchase of my boat+ they were nothing but responsive, and super accommodating. I worked with Brian "The coolest Irish guy on the planet"- ask for him, and buy your next boat from these guys - people like this are hard to find, you won't go wrong! I'm a nurse....So: "Calling and doctors and nurses: go buy a boat, and get your out-of-hospital stress relief zen-game, on the water, like me!" Best thing I've ever done!!! Love these guys!!!!

I am posting this review in hopes of protecting others from experiencing the problems and negative…read moreissues that I recently suffered with my dealings with Brett Harris and Edwards Yacht.!!! I hired Edwards Yacht to list my boat in February and a buyer subsequently executed a contract to purchase my boat in March. Two days before closing and without my knowledge or approval, Edwards Yacht allowed the prospective buyers to: 1. Stay on my boat 2. Remove my name and port city and redo with theirs 3. Drive my boat to marina to refuel My boat's name is "Ol Pappy" with port city of "St Pete." It is now visible as "Thirsty" and "Niceville." (See attached photos) My registration with the US Coast Guard no longer matches the name on my boat. I was shocked when the St Petersburg Municipal Marina called me and informed me that my boat had a new name on the stern of the boat!!! I also received another call from the marina stating that some strangers were recently on my boat refueling at their fuel dock!!! The prospective buyers defaulted several weeks ago. I was informed by Brett Harris that this was due to the wire transfer being intercepted and substantial monies not received by Edwards Yacht. He has refused to prove this in writing. I have made importunate requests to secure the 50% escrow deposit that is owed to me as per our contracts. Instead Brett Harris has attempted to coerce me to "move" the deposit to a new prospective buyer in a form of a reduced commission, if and only if, I execute a very unilateral and onerous release agreement. Any new prospect and previous buyer are separate issues and should be treated as such. Due the the above-mentioned actions by Brett Harris and Edward Yacht, I have hired an attorney to seek all remedies available to me in the State of Florida. Personally, I can't recall ever being treated like this in my 35 years in the business world. If you have any questions, please contact me directly.
